This thread is on life support (but will never fail!) so I don;t mind discussing custards briefly, as they may appeal to LA COSA NETSTRA

Hey BJ — I have no issue as you can see going off topic on occasion. If it is something I am not interested in, I just glance over it. The topic of custards and IoC is especially interesting to me being a NET vaper as the others are too that are trying IoC. I tried the gourmet thread but it didn’t spark any interest as I think this is a different type of group although I do catch them talking about NETs. Adds to the spice of life of these threads or as you said life support.

I could give a rat's patoot is someone gets their panties in a bunch off slightly off topic stuff. Out of respect I try to circle it back to the topic though. I think this is particularly appropriate to the NETizens though, as a great many of us have burned out on or grown bored with straight nET all day every day. I know I have. NET remains my vape of choice but I need some variety and with over 100 different NET varieties on hand I am finding that "vareity" for me at this point means something other than tobacco. Custards seem a very logical option and one that a great many people with this tobacco burn out have seemed to turn to.

I am very much an amateur on custards but have tried a few exalted ones, with mixed results. Daft Spunk and Lemony Spunkett from Sleeping Dragon are both good, and the owner is a stand up guy too...our kind of scum. They have a forever discount code for my peeps at www.epipeforum.org . Kustard by Good Life Vapors left me flat. Just as middle of the road as one can be. I don't get the love for that vendor AT ALL, by the way. Everything I got from them was very MEH, including Blueberry Morning which has rendered my three year search for a great waffle almost dead. Vanilla Custard from boutique outfit Cedar Creek Steam Works was excellent, really, really nice. A DIY from a guy who knows his custards...but the sharp authentic vanilla was a bit much for me. Son of a Biscuit Eater is an ADV for me.

Please don't invoke a Do Not Resuscitate order yet please. I love this thread and have learned from it. i still have a long ways to go. I use NETs all day and custards are the palette cleanser (along with menthol and occasional fruit).

The mixing of custard and tobacco is something I haven't tried so, I'll look forward to suggestions in that direction.

Also, I'm just dipping my toes into learning extraction. With this thread and the help I've been getting in the DIY extraction threads my road has widened but I think I see some sharp curves and bumps coming up.

I mixed Clockwerks with Pure Virignia around 50-50. Clockwerks has such a strong bold flavor IMO that it didn’t work for me.

Everything I got from them was very MEH, including Blueberry Morning which has rendered my three year search for a great waffle almost dead.

For EDV and taste being subjective, I do like AiV Hot Waffle which is maple and waffle although on the sweet side. Also Call Me Vanilla which is a vanilla waffle cone with a cool factor. The vanilla is on the light side. Requires steeping.

Another fly by here to ask a question of the most knowledgeable NET vapers of ECF.
A lot of buzz latley about Black Note. They are rather expensive @ $29 per 30ml. Lab certified and sound outstanding.

Has anyone here tried the Notebook yet?
8 x 7.5ml for I believe $54 or there abouts.

I have a straight Burley NET that I mixed up and have added Custard, Vanilla and Caramel; singularly and together. Custard doesn't want to work with the Burley, at least to my taste. Caramel and/or Vanilla is great. I'm steeping some Maple flavored right now.

I use this Burley mix as a base and add different flavors. The White Cube Burley really quiets the mix down and is more accepting to the flavor extracts.

There seems to be a very fine line in the flavor ratio that you don't want to cross, as going past it seems to leave the nutty taste behind and starts tasting like something a frog would leave on a lily pad.

First time trying natural tobacco juices, bought few bottles from Naturally-extracted-tobacco, everything was so great....I'm impressed by natural tobacco juices... it's going to be my adv now......
I bought NS Dark, Big Spirit and Speaking Spirit. I love how they let you customize our juice.... I think I'm not going to vape "normal" juice from now on lol

I'm really enjoying Speaking Spirit. I got a sample of it 'bout a month ago and let it sit until now. Very smooth and enjoyable vape. Not sure if I can pick out any specific flavors but I know that I really enjoy it. It's going on the re-order list with E=MC2, Black Cavendish and Natural Cavendish.

One of my favorites is American Spirit Perique tobacco. Smooth and tasty without the overwhelming sour fruit taste. A can of the stuff is expensive but I can never find it in the pouch. Well worth it though.

They're all pretty good but I can't taste a difference between the US Grown and the Full Bodied or Organic.

Welcome to the NET club. Don't toss our your old juice just yet. You'll need the occasional palate clenser.

I'm waiting until Friday to put an order in with naturally-extracted-tobacco.com. As a former pipe smoker before I went to vaping, I do REALLY miss it... Especially during the fall season here. Balkan seems to be the first one I'm going to order :)

I tried a couple of NET juices from want2vape but I was REALLY searching for flavor. I tried Blonde (favorite cigar line of all time) and was SO disappointed that there was no smell, or flavor in it. I did contact support to see if there was a steep period, but she assured me there really wasn't. Oh well...

You could always try extracting your own. Funny though, W2V Blonde was the only commercial NET Blondie that I found to be quite flavorful. Haven't tried Dagwood Trippin' yet.

But really, whatever tobacco you smoked in your pipes you could extract and I think most people are surprised at how much they taste like the pipe tobacco.

AJ Peretti's Midnight and Ebony house tobaccos were my goto's when I smoked pipes back in the day. They extract well also.

You're not the first person to say that Blonde is flavorful... I'm convinced it had to do with the time I shipped it, which was during the cold months last year (brutal compared to previous years). I'd love to give my own NET a try! I loved Frog Morton. I also love any latakia-based blend too. Thanks for the info :)

I have those three and go back and forth as to which I like better.
