I'm sure that I am NOT the only one that has been chasing that everyday tobacco flavor " my go-to". Over the years some that I've gotten have been just flat out awful. Our taste buds are different I understand that,

Well, most of us here may have been chasing tobacco flavor at some point before, but NETs ended the chase. Now we're neck deep in amazing tobacco vapes!

just started maple wild wood a few minutes ago. It is.... Delicious. I hope you enjoy it too, but it is quite different than maple burley.

Ahlusion often surprises me by delivering the unexpected. With mww i was expecting the same maple sugar flavor as maple burley, but with the wild wood tobacco base instead of the aro burley. That's not what i'm getting here.

The maple plays quite different. It's closer to maple syrup, the authentic variety. There is a hint of the maple sugar flavor of mb, but overall it's a different flavor and feel. The maple is very good, but a much lighter presence than the caramel in cww. The ww tobacco flavor really shines, it's the star of the show. It's the most tobacco-y of the wws i've had. That's a huge plus for me, because i love the ww tobacco base. Highly recommended.

This bottle is from the xpress line, so it's fully steeped.

exciting!!!

My HHV order arrived in New Zealand today :toast: After 15 days long wait I'm finally going to get to try Gaia and restock my old favourites of theirs. HHV's service is amazing I've yet to have a order even take 3 days to ship out and they only charge 8 USD to ship to New Zealand, That's cheaper then a courier to ship within my own country !

I've been caught up with work and a busy summer schedule, but I wanted to post some thoughts on the Real Extracts, LLC juices that I received in early July and that I've just revisited the last couple of days.

I have to say, these juices have really come together with a couple-week steep, and I'm thoroughly impressed with them. At first taste right out of the mail, they seemed like quality NETs, but I could detect the individual varietals that weren't quite meshing at the time. My, how that has changed. All the ones I've tried have now steeped into harmonious blends that I'm having a hard time putting down. Let me dive in.

CowBoy. At first taste, I definitely got Burley more than the Virginia that's also in it. Now, it has steeped into a perfect analog blend where the two have combined to exceed the sum of their parts. It's extremely smooth and rich. If I had to compare it to other juices, I'd have to say it's most similar to QnJ Analog Red or Big Spirit, but with more smooth tobacco earthiness, if that makes sense. This juice is a solid, tasty analog replacement.

Turkish. This is probably my favorite of the sample pack. At first, I could detect the Virginia, but now the Oriental is really shining through. This is a great Turkish blend with a delicious, toasty, sun-cured flavor. It has surpassed Smug Juice Hump as my go-to Turkish, since it is less sweet, and even rivals (but not quite exceeds) NETcom Sun-Cured Turkish as my favorite Turkish that I've tried so far. This stuff is Turkish bliss.

English. I thought this one might be a throwaway, since I'm not the biggest fan of most English blends, but boy was I wrong. The site describes this one as "a natural tobacco extracted flavor using a Bright Virginia extract. Sweet, mild and tasty." I usually get bored of just Virginia pretty quickly, but I have never had a straight Virginia with as much depth as this one. It definitely has predominantly higher notes compared to CowBoy and Turkish, but it is deeply satisfying in its own way nonetheless.

The only one from the sample pack that I haven't tried at all yet is CowBoy Menthol. I assume this one is going to be a throwaway, but I'm waiting until some of the menthol hopefully steeps off and it might become vapeable. Worst case scenario, I'll save it for an occasional winter vape (the only time I used to have an occasional Newport analog).

All in all, these Real Extract juices are quality, no-nonsense, straight-up tobacco NETs with no added sweeteners or flavors that really do justice to the tobaccos they came from. Good right out of the mail, but with a good steep, they've transformed into glorious blends that I can't put down. They are also surprisingly gentle on coils and appear pretty clear and well-filtered.

My only issue with them is their price. $1/ml retail is too much for me to pay for any juice out of principle. Luckily, I got them during a July sale where you could get all of their juices for $0.50/ml ($0.60/ml if you assume the menthol is a throwaway). Now, I have just two days before the end of July to decide if I want to reorder the July sale sample pack to avoid paying full price in the future. Another thing that I would have called b.s. on is that they previously charged an extra $3/30ml for 24mg nic, which they seem to have since eliminated. Smart move on their part. I would have gotten the 18mg and added a little of my own nic for a tiny fraction of the price.

Real Extracts is quality juice with the potential to be a heavy hitter. I'm a fan already, and these juices have made me very happy the last couple of days. I just wish they would lower their prices.

Dusty, would you mind adding them to the New NET Vendors list on the first page? Thanks.

They sound great! Be sure to post here if you know of a sale.

Canada has it's first NET Vendor and they are a Registered Supplier here. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...y-extracted-tobacco-now-available-canada.html

Decent looking selection on the site, and what's even better, they are literally up the road from me.

I'm going to need to look into these guys.

They look promising. Great packaging and an impressive selection of analog-like juices. $0.80/ml is a little on the steep side IMO, especially without nic, but it looks like they know what they're doing, and I appreciate the honest, detailed descriptions for each.

But alas, I must resist. I told myself after my Real Extracts order that I wouldn't buy any more retail juices until my cold home extracts were completed and sampled in mid-August. I broke down for the Ahl sale last weekend, but I need to be strong now.

I agree completely with this. I hope BJ likes it, but. . .

I just opened a bottle of Sweet Georgia Peach that I've had sealed since March of 2013, and it tastes like new to me. BJ, why don't you buy a few bottles of Maple B and just leave 'em sealed in a cool, dark place, and crack one open once in a while?

Ahl's American Blend no. 3...

I once had one of DecadentVapour's "tobaccos", I think it was Habana Reserve. That juice is unique in that there's no tobacco flavorings involved; instead it's a blend of various spices and flavorings meant to approximate tobacco. Of course, it tastes nothing like tobacco, not what we're used to here anyways. That's a good juice, extremely unique, but I didn't want to grab for it often.

AB3 kind of reminds me of that one in that it doesn't really taste like tobacco, it tastes of spices. I have no idea what exactly I'm tasting here, but it's not bacco. It's nice enough, will be easy to vape, but I can't see grabbing for it often or wanting another bottle. It is smooth and tasty as most Ahl vapes in any category are. Who knows, AB3 may end up surprising me after more sessions. It's certainly not boring.

All over the place
I have a bunch of Good-E-Juice that I am not crazy about. The only one I really like a lot is Patriot...pretty clean pipe tobacco flavor.

If anybody is looking to trade please PM me, I don't wanna just let this go to waste.

That thread has now been moved to here. LOL (J/K)

Honestly though, put those liquids up and consider what you want to trade for, or if you just want to PIF. Evil Speakers' link is where it should go.

A relative (well, kinda related by marriage) gifted me some GeJ NP and Patriot. Patriot seems a bit spicier than I remember it, but enjoyable. The Perique is still Fantastic. It bounces all over- sour rotting fruit, moldy mushrooms and pepper. :)

That sounds like the trash I took out last night.........

Some thoughts on some recent purchases.

Ethervapes: Wow. These seem to be a somewhat less earthy version of NET.com offerings. The notes and the mouth feel are very similar. Very smooth in contrast to the Want2Vape juices I mention above. Pure Burley, Nomad and especially Eclipse were knockouts from first vape. Confederate, while a bit harsher than the other juices, is definitely good - maybe not a re-order, though. I will certainly be trying more of their NET offerings in the future.

Agree... but I do love my Confederate.. especially in a KFL+ :)
