Can't do Latakia much anymore either. I don't mind it in short stints, but not for hours on end. The one exception, Dunhill Early Morning. It's light enough in Latakia that I can vape it for an extended amount of time. Va/Per blends RULE!! :D

I have to agree with the folks that go for the Virginia/Perique blend as favorites. I'm all over them.
I also need to add that the Obsidian blend was a once in a while "fling" LOL. I do enjoy it, however, not every day. vape on friends!

Latakia can burn out your palete quickly. It is a great tobacco, but it has to be an occasional thing. I do love a good English or Balkan when sitting by the fire.

MVJ/Sutliff Private Stick - Taste of Summer

Peach cobbler with ice cream. Really that was my first thought. The bottle is from last year, so it is well aged. I don't know how it plays fresh, but at three months it is a really good burley taste with a healthy dose of flavors. The Virginia adds a bright note and the earthy black Cavendish gives it a baked taste. It really shines for a Sutliff aromatic. I am very impressed and might buy a bottle in April to make sure it is ready for the July 4th holiday.

Received 5 bottles of GeJ yesterday: GJ4, Vita Bella, House Blend, Congo Craze and Wild Turkey. Vaped Wild Turkey all day long. For me this juice is at least at the same level as Patriot, different but just outstanding. I'll let it age now for at least a month, the potential seems phenomenal.
Found a review of the juice on internet written by a famous NET specialist. Describe it far better than I could ever do. Can't agree more.

"I had kind of put this one on the back burner because I'm not nuts about alcohol infused tobacco. I'm low on juice I haven't reviewed yet, so I grabbed this one from The Juice Cellar this morning, and was pleasantly surprised to read the product description. Apparently this juice is not a bourbon flavored tobacco vape, but an Oriental tobacco extract. At least the product description would have me believe that. Excellent.

Tobacco is tobacco. The different types we smoke are not individual species, but merely cultivars of the same plant. Crazy huh? Virginia, Carolina, Burley, Oriental, all wildly different due to nothing more than climate and chemical composition of the soil they grow in. Perique, Cavendish, Kentucky and Latakia don't count because with all four there is a process involved.

Most cigarettes are a mix of Burley and Virginia tobacco, but if you're a Camel fan then you've been smoking Oriental. I find the flavor of Oriental to be dry and less sweet, and depending on the tobacco it can also have wonderful sour and/or bitter notes. It's naturally low in sugar and nicotine. On its own I find it a little dull, but mix it with some Virginia and Latakia and you have pure nirvana.

Nick makes a great tobacco extract, and today we're vaping his Goodejuice Wild Turkey Tobacco. I will be vaping this 18mg 50/50 blend at 3.7v on my Silver Bullet with a 1.5 ohm Joye 306.

The nose of this juice is dry and somewhat powdery.

The flavor on inhale is faintly, very subtly sweet. This juice from the first impression gives a phenomenal tobacco presentation. It gets to the throat hit so fast that there isn't much time to think about how it tastes. This is tobacco in the earthy, hay-like tobacco extract way, but done really, really well. Also worth mentioning is that while I use the hay description that is common to a lot of natural extracts, this one tastes nothing like any of them. This tobacco tastes like a blazing hot day in the sun. Throat hit is spectacular for a natural extract. About as good as you could hope for in an eliquid without quite making it to Halo territory.

The flavor on exhale is about the closest to tobacco without having any kind of smoke element that I've ever vaped. I have to give it to Nick on this one. I would absolutely put my label on this juice. It's excellent. Vapor production is above average, owing to the 50/50 ratio.

Well this juice surprised me and just knocked my socks off. I think people with short attention spans who don't bother to read product descriptions might order this thinking it's a bourbon tobacco and be disappointed. They'll be missing the point altogether. This is one of the very finest tobacco vapes in all of vaping, and it increases the already high esteem I hold for Nick. Great job buddy, this is a top notch tobacco vape. Just superb. Do yourself a favor and get some of this, put on a fresh atty, and see what someone who really cares about their juice can do for your tobacco vape. Outstanding."

This certainly sounds like a Vapenstein quote. If it is Vapenstein you are quoting, you are quite right that he is somewhat of an expert. In fact, he founded the signature line at Want2vape when collaborating with the owner of Want2Vape by infusing his particular skill at extractions long before anyone else was doing it.

Diane's Obsidian will be a sure fire winner for fans of dark latakias. It isn't as close to burnt tire as Boomer's version, but the latakia is very dark wood smoke and a nice creamy Virginia for the most part. Another masterpiece from Diane.

Field Master is also another great english blend. The heavy latakia has a generous virgina note keeping it buttery smooth and sweet with orientals keeping things slightly bright on the top end. The orientals aren't really a huge part of the blend though. They are just gentle modifiers.

I rue not having included the Obsidian with my last order. There are so many liquids to choose from it's difficult to scoop up all the highly praised ones without maxing out the credit or with a reasonable notion of ever vaping them before they go off 2 years down the track.

But, I should have included the Obsidian.

Anthony, I've noticed some of the MVJ stash that I have from August have become all about the tobacco. They are losing some of their subtleties to me. Not a bad thing for a couple of them, but for something like the Heirloom Cherry, I'm barely noticing that the Cherry is even there.

I'm going to treat this as a forewarning and try to limit my stash to where I can use them under the 6 month mark.

Yes Anthony, I've already confirm to Mazinny that the author was Vapenstein. A real expert, never went wrong by reading his analysis and buy the liquids reviewed afterwards.

I can Heartily recommend https://blendsbybryce.com/ His vanilla pudding and custard are top notch. And he has Superman/Santa Clause speed of delivery.

Speaking of custard...I went back to Vita Bella this morning and the custard came out to say "Hey There!" Now I get it! Spent the rest of the weekend emptying some drabs of stuff. MVJs Ashton's Artisans Blend, Drew Estates Black Cavendish and a sample of Clay's NS Dark. Clays Big Spirit is happening now and I'm digging it. Yesterday I opened Clays Bombay. Whole range and layers to this one. I too am finding myself drawn more to the English blend and Va/Per.

Received yesterday EV with the classic TH liquids.
TH impact makes a real difference in enjoying my juices, really glad to have this opportunity offered.
Bali Nights and Bayou Brew are a complete success.
Lemon Heaven and Strawberry Dreams are delicious.

Influence, did we get mirror orders? I also splashed out and got the lemon heaven and strawberry dreams on top of my substantial NET order. I got them for no other reason than it's been a while since I've had a good synthetic.

I am really pleased to hear the original nicotine is making a difference. My replacement order is on it's way.

One thing I can tell already with this unsteeped batch of super smooth liquids is that EThervapes is deserving of its A+ status shown on the first page of this thread.

If you guys can store them in the refrigerator, they'll last much longer. I've got a few Retails from Dec 2013, and last March and May, stored in my Cigar Box & kept on the bottom shelf... but I live alone, no need to keep the peace.

I've been putting off refrigerating my liquids but I think I will bite the bullet and do it. There is no way I will be vaping my stash of even last years purchases in the foreseeable future.

As for the remaining stash of my keen purchases in 2013, RIP to them.

I guess I've been putting of storing them in fridge out of fear that should the fridge drop temperature to near freezing point , which can happen from time to time, it might destroy a whole batch of liquids. I don't know much about the science of storing liquids and nicotine products so I am apprehensive to do it.

I don't know if I'm the only one to notice that with the 100% NETs, the TH is not so impressive than with the synthetic or hybrids liquids. I've got the confirmation with the new EV extracts received this saturday. They are much better that the super smooth nicotine but not at the level of the others. The synthetic liquids with classic TH from EV have it.

I'm no scientist but I have ~1 liter of Nicotine & 1 Liter of VG in the freezer with no ill affects, but my thermostat doesn't fluctuate as wildly as yours. You might consider the top shelf, where it's a bit warmer than on the bottom shelf.
