Try the PR again. I kept getting that error too. Then it fixed itself. I much prefer RBFS SJP over GEJ's perique. Not that GEJ's is bad it seems there's more "there" there in RBFS. Richer, nuances, thicker tasting, sucker-punch when it's new.

Just ordered 5 30mils of DWIT. Perfect timing. I just loaded the last of what I had this morning. Would have ordered Poet and Scholar but they only have 18mg, that would knock me on my behind.

Gotta say it, been a tight year money wise for me as I try to grow my practice. Getting better but still catching up. However, RBFS being discontinued by vaping Watch has helped me vape my beloved NET's at a discounted price. Might not be a great deal for the two of them (vaping Watch and RBFS) but it's working out well for me. One mans misery is another mans fortune.

Any word on when RBFS will have a website or how they are planning to proceed post Vaping Watch?

I was gunna ask the same thing they seem to pretty silent since the vapingwatch announcement. Always nice to have multiple net vendors around so I hope they make a comeback soon!

Even better at $2 for 15 ml! So cool! I got Petners Pipe, Porch Rocker, Fabulous & Burley, Drunken Sweet Tooth, Poet & Scholar, Caramel, RY4, Dagwood all at 30 ml, and an extra 30 ml of a few. Happy happy happy.

Poet & Scholar is Tatiana Honey Cigar. Just in case you want to drop one ( $4 ) in some PG.

Thanks, it worked just a minute ago. It wouldn't let me put 15ml bottles in my cart but it worked with the 30ml. 120ml for 22.50 shipped. Can't wait to try them. :w00t:

enjoying one of my favorite extractions I made, Engine # 99 from Cornell & Diehl. :pervy:

You know, I nearly pulled the trigger on this one today. Instead, I settled on:

Moonshine Pipe Co. XXX Blend
McClelland No. 2015 Virginia Flake and Perique
MATCH B.S. 759
Cornell & Diehl Big & Burley No. 103
Hearth & Home Signature Anniversary Kake
Lane BCA

I was just getting burnt out on how mild the other blends I had were.

Granted, I love the H&H Frenchy's & the Pt. St. Turkish, but I figured I'd toss a couple of interesting ones into the mix this go.

Considering my love for Perique, I nearly went for the blending single-varietal, but the reviews swayed me elsewhere- this is where the Anniversary Kake and Flake & Perique came into play; direct comparison between two tasty-looking VaPer blends seems like it'll be a fun endeavor... can't wait to smell these fresh out of the shipment box.

The XXX Blend & Match B.S. 759 are more for my Balkan preferences, but the XXX Blend seems entirely unique and unlike the Sobranie-styled 759. In fact, [edit: with the Match B.S. 759] Russ tried to meet the needs of customers looking for the now-discontinued blends (which, if I'm not mistaken, the Balkan Luxury blend I'm vaping on right now is one of ) done in a similar manner.

Big & Burley is supposed to have a nutty burley as the focus of the blend, with latakia and other adjuncts present primarily to make the burley stand out.

I can safely say that my love of Acadian Gold (which I believe to be extracted from Mac Baren HH Acadian... more on that once I get a chance to get some of that to extract) steered me in the direction of some of these blends.

More on the XXX Blend from Moonshine Pipe Co., though- it's a new offering, but the stuff is flying off of the shelves... uncanny number of reviews in such a short period of time was a definite motivator saying, "buy me, because I might be sold out next time"... needless to say, I found another half-dozen or so that looked great... my wallet didn't agree, though.

The Lane BCA was added on purely for the purposes of me enjoying the heck out of some good Black Cavendish... considering it's cheap and likely the best-selling one, I had to go for it.

Other considerations:

H&H Larry's Blend
H&H Mazatec
C&D Bow Legged Bear
McClelland Dark Star
(other stoved virginia blends I can't recall the names of at the moment)

& Obviously wanted to get some blending perique and blended turkish ribbon...

Had to get nicotine, so the smaller above list was out for the time being. :(

Also, I haven't even been lurking that often. I really need to get on that. :2cool:

Good to see some other NETerans lurking about here. We all practically used to be wall fixtures here at one time or another, so who went and changed the lightbulbs?

Another great VaPer blend is Missouri Meerscham (spelling) Country Gentleman. Johni (gosh, wonder how he is doing?) sent me a sample last year and I vaped it all. Purchased some and I now have a big bottle of extract (and a big bottle of mixed juice!).

Lane BCA is one of the first I extracted. I think it is pretty good. Haven't vaped it in a long time. I should break it out again (well steeped!). Just a basic, pleasant Black Cavendish.

Good hearing from you Brobdingnagian, your tastes are similar to mine. Have you checked out Cornell & Diehl's Chenet's Cake? It's 35% Perique! Also have a look at C & D Haunted Bookshop.
Let me know how XXXBlend is. I got the blending Perique and was sadly disappointed. No Oomph/strength....
C&D Engine No.99 is strangely uneak. It has a taste and aroma that captures me, yet I'll be damned if I can explain why it captivates me. It is my go to vape, but I have to be careful :danger: as all day sessions leave my taste buds beaten up. I could vape vape cow dung and couldn't tell what I was vaping and that happens with other favorites.

That's good to know! How ya doin' Boomer?

I'm good. Up to my tookus in NET's and so I add 90 mls of Count Caramel, Pirate's Drunken Sweet Tooth and St' James Parish. That sale was hard to resist.

Good to see you still around these parts, checkum.

35%...not bad. I am really excited about C&D's offerings, and the faster these tobaccos sell, the fresher they seem to be.

Aside from the Balkan, the moister blends extracted into much better e-liquid than the majority of the others... which seemed to have a great aroma initially, but weak flavor transmission to the e-liquid. Norway and Denmark from the Cut Above The Rest sampler came out respectably well, as did the Turkish.

Something about the Norway's flavor profile has a nice zesty finish, I've found. Though, the Denmark is good enough to be put up for sale, admittedly I find myself adjusting way too quickly to flavors and have to frankenjuice them to make them "compete" for the taste which stands above the most.

My wager with myself is that the Va/Per blends on order are going to perform much better... at least, that's what my gut is telling me, and it's rarely wrong for whatever reason.

It's a shame that the blending Perique was lackluster. I did notice the Haunted Bookshop, but when it comes to Perique blends I'm an utter noob picking them out. A nice earthy Virginia with a nice, zesty Perique sounds like a good ADV.

Having two VaPers will hopefully reduce the occurrence of vaper's tongue, but it's doubtful considering how quickly I acclimate to blends. Hybridization may be necessary to curb this, however I am due to receive some various flavorings (aside from the few Flavor West ones I have on hand) alongside my nicotine order. MBV's RY4, when well-aged, seems to blend quite well with several tobaccos.

Granted, I didn't get the largest assortment of flavoring adjuncts, but I also cannot bring myself to vape menthol after so many years of menthol analogs (prior to my switch to non-menthol in the last few years of smoking) except in very rare instances in very, very light amounts. I'm thinking a vanilla-mint tobacco hybrid might make an effective palette cleansing mix, that is- if I can get the taste out of my Lemo Drop afterwards. I have to be careful about any sort of berry flavors (besides Blackberry) due to a dislike of cloyingly sweet juice that scarred me when I first began vaping.

That said, I don't disagree with a light vanilla added into a Cavendish (creamy vanilla cavendish, by itself, seems to be a relatively mild tobacco that just lacks the 'oomph' factor I seek out of blends. This could be due, in part, to my drastic reduction of nicotine in juices and moderately increased vaping volume. I cannot vape above 10mg without aggravating my reflux, though) ...even though I am very slowly reintroducing flavors back in, I have only managed to occasionally go back to Madagascar Vanilla from time to time. Too much, and it's downright irritating to the lungs.

I've experienced the same issue you mention with the Engine No.99 with this Balkan Luxury Blend. Well-aged doesn't seem to lose taste quite as quickly, for whatever reason. I have not necessarily found this trend to be consistent across the board, but there are some tobaccos that only seem to taste 'zippy' when freshly extracted.

Thanks for taking the time for saying, almost exactly, my vaping experiences. I only recently began trying out teas and flavors inclusions, in some juices, to curb vapor tongue/fatigue. ;)
I have cut back on nicotine to 5 or 6% as the high percentage I used to use, now makes me jittery, like to much coffee while using the high watt mods.

I received my latest Vaping Watch order today. 30 ml of St James Parish, 2 15 ml of KillRY4 (they only had 15s left and they were only $2 each), and another order for 15 ml of Fabulous and Burley. I had placed my order for SJP and KillRY4 and forgot the Fab & Burley! So I placed another order right away. I put in the comments that they could ship these 2 orders together and perhaps throw something in to make up for the extra shipping I paid. I also emailed Watch. I received a shipping notice and then an email from them for another order, no charge, for another 15 ml of Fab & Burley. First (combined order) came today. Inside was my 30ml of SJP, 2 15 ml of KillRY4 and 2 15 ml of Fab & Burley!! So all totaled, 105 ml (counting the 15 of F&B still on the way) for $16.50!!!! Such a deal!!

BTW, this is my first Fabulous and Burley and I am totally enjoying it!!

And @Metal Storm, glad you liked the BKRY4! Thanks go to Bill Herbst... his recipe.

Large RBFS order placed today. The top standards...Porch Rocker and Fab. I have yet to try Admiral's or CC so ordered both...in fact TWO bottles of CC as I have high hopes. I am now without a caramel tobacco...but that is another story

I actually enjoyed CC (tried a bit Mr.Mann sent me) a lot. Initially, I couldn't really nail what was in there- It definitely gets better with age, and the caramel seems to develop a wholesome, rich flavor that's equally addictive. It's not rough or cloying, that much I can vividly recall.

Besides a few RY4s, that's probably the only caramel vape I've given a shot that I really enjoyed... thinking about it is making me want to look into a caramel-flavored Cavendish as part of my next P&C order...

So, I just checked the VW page... 12mg is the lowest remaining (at least, in the drop-down) for CC.

12mg Killry4...16mg F&B...

I'd vape myself into a headache in very short order.

If it was not for the PG I would have ordered a boatload of their juice!

My order also came yesterday, 3 days after ordering and one of those was a Sunday. Can't beat the service from VW, top notch for sure. Now have five bottles of DWiT and vaping away on it as I type. Kinda became my go to vape lately which I think is a combination of the taste and the little gunk factor of this particular juice. Either way, good day in the ole Vicman house for sure.
