Yeah no one quite does burley the way Clay does. The Air Cured Burley varietal is one of my all day vapes. It might not carry a flavour explosion or be robust but it's light, clean tasting and dry with a hint of sweetness and has dimension about it.

My mercenary, eclipse, raven and the Ruins are still steeping a bit. I found Ariesa good to go so don't be afraid to fill a tank with it before the 3 month mark.

Wow just wow, the Ariesa is amazing. Tried it in the snapdragon last night and couldn't get enough!

For info. It's a week shy of two months old. Robust and yes chocolate.

It reminds me of HoL Guevara. It's far better though and has an enticing sweetness that draws me in for more. Really smoky on inhale as well.

Really impressed. Well worth the extra cost of the limited editions. Whereas the Excalibur seemed no better than the standard net.com variants, the Ariesa really stands out.

In regards to just NETs with no flavoring I would say let pipe tobacco steep for 4-6 weeks and cigar NETs 3 months but taste as you go because I find a lot of NET.com NETs sometimes are great immediately (bare in mind I am in Australia and any juices I order have already steeped for 2 weeks by the time they get to me).

I tend to try and steep mine for as long as possible. At the same time I am not convinced there is much change after 4 weeks in most instances!

4 weeks after bottling is a good starting point, especially for cigarette and single varietals, the pipe blends were not my cup of tea.

Cigars, my favourite type of juice for net.com, sometimes I think they change after 4 weeks, other days I am not convinced. What I can say is after 4-6 weeks I can really taste and enjoy the cigar flavours.

The past couple of days, having just finished over the previous batch which was over 4 months old, I have started on my latest cigar batch, it's now 8 weeks old, to me the differences are minimal if any.

Well I mixed this one up slightly differently;
'Smokey American Style (with an Oriental Twist and Shout)'
50% Fire Cured Burley
35% Red Virginia
15% Izmir/Oriental

Marvellous. Plenty of smokiness from the Burley, added body and bit of sweetness from the Virginia and a little spice from the Oriental. I really like this.

Also mixed another;
'Virginian Plains'
50% Red Virginia
25% Toasted White Burley
25% Izmir / Oriental

More subtle. It would be with the FCB left out. Plenty of body (the TWB seems to help here), sweetness from the RV and just a little spice. This is closest to a Marlboro I've got.

Mixed but not vaped yet;

'Toast, Plains & Deserts'
60% Toasted White Burley
20% Red Virginia
20% Izmir / Oriental

Having to go easy on the Izmir / Oriental in the mix as it's running so low. Regardless I'm getting some really good daytime in the RTA mixes.

A good choice rdsok. I just wish I never developed allergic reactions to polypropylene glycol. I used to be able to tolerate those juices that contained it not anymore....

That one is really pretty good right out of the mailbox IMO... as it ages, the caramel and vanilla do recede more into the background balancing it out more so the tobacco is a little more in front but it still remains a rich vape

That is rough since most flavorings are in PG and probably most extracted tobacco flavors as well. Extracting anything in VG is a longer process.

So all of a sudden I get a hankerin' for Vita Bella, so off to GeJ I go. When the smoke cleared I had spent $80 on VB, Patriot, Godfather, Turbo, High Octane, Bull Durham, Dekang DK TB, 555 and RY4. My wallet hates it when that happens but my Vape Buds love it.

I'm itching to try the Ariesa and hoping for a Black Friday sale. I feel the same way about Excalibur. When I first got it I was very impressed...until I got The Raven which is somewhat similar to me but, more complex and intriguing.

Raven was my choice last night, it went superbly in the Snapdragon and KFL+ (modded) RDA's, along with some Brune Trappist ale.

Clays cigar options are my night time vape in the RDA's. As Autumn / Winter sets in they suit perfectly.

Excalibur is not bad, in fact very good and perhaps cleaner (less gunky) than some others, but there wasn't a wow factor in relation to Clay's excellent standard cigar offerings.

Ariesa just blew my socks off. 2 months old bottle.
