I'm going to post my review of Hangen Hot Dog and Italian Cheese here.
Dog is only appropriate in a juice if it's proceeded by Devil, and cheese only if it's followed by cake. Just sayin.
You seriously gonna try those? I would try Gold Member first, because those might permanently turn you off to a salty vape.

Your first statement reflects my thoughts when reading these posts, but I can't be annoyed and can always skim or skip them, and I'll be the first to plead guilty to not always being on topic.
That being said, I'm more aligned with Jerms philosophy regarding New Posters/ Off-Topic posts, they may post once or twice never to return, or more optimistically... They'll actually become curious, expand their vaping choices and spend lots of money on juices... just like most of us here
When I first came to this thread, I had no idea what was a NET and what wasn't, even though I was vaping several NETs at the time.
Broke out one of my arti-baccos from MountainOakVapors Silver label line. This is my first non-NET from them, with three more in the steep box. One thing about MOV's NETs, is to me they are very well thought-out and well made, so I had hope that would be the case with their other juices.
For me, that's also the case with this juice. Funny enough, it's called TNO, not to be confused withn TINO (tobacco in name only). I think TNO stands for Tennessee Original, and is their "signature tobacco base" which I think means they use it in a lot of their artibaccos. It has that signature smoothness I get from their NETs, and seems well put together so far. It reminds me of the likes of quality TINOs like gold, but with a noticable tobacco element that doesn't need to be searched for. It's pretty sweet and a little nutty. The tobacco in TNO definately gives me a synthetic flavor rather than lab, and wouldn't suggest it to someone who doesn't like synthetics. I don't know if I'd even consider it a "must try" synthetic, but personally I enjoy it quite a bit.

Man, I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything!I was kind of in the same boat, with the exception of Want2Vape Paris, High Brow Bacco Exotic Blend & HB Tabac De Perique I didn't know they were called NETS, I just knew they were different... and tasty.
Since I'm lazy, are all the Silver Labels non-NETS?

Yessir, the Tennessee Gold Label is all NETs and the Silver Label is all arti-baccos.

What's an artibacco?
Short for artificial tobacco. NETs are made from extracting tobacco flavoring from real tobaccos, arti-baccos are made with synthetic tobacco flavoring. Many flavoring concentrates are made by companies like The Perfume Apprentice and Flavour Art, and are easily available. Some synthetic flavorings are made in a lab for a specific company like Halo, and some may contain some ingredients that are naturally found in tobacco, not sure if those are synthetically made or are extracted from a tobacco or another substance.

What's an artibacco?
Artificial tobacco. In short, it has no real tobacco flavor ( as in extracted flavor ) but is created with other flavorings to simulate a tobacco.
NET's are naturally extracted tobacco flavors where the flavor is extracted with various methods such as soaking real tobacco leaves in a PG or VG liquid or using steam to extract as well as other methods. There are a couple of other tobacco extraction types such as TA ( tobacco absolute ) and TE ( tobacco extract ).... TA is used in the perfume industry and has since been adapted in e-liquids as well. TA is an oil based extraction which usually requires an alcohol to help suspect it in a PG and/or VG liquid. TE is similar to TA but is water based instead of oil based. A lot of the time, we speak of NET, TA and TE as each their own types but technically they are all extractions from tobacco.
Another way to look at it, NETs are the actual fruit, synthetic tobaccos are the fruit flavored candy. No real fruit needs to be involved in making a green apple jolly rancher, no tobacco needs to be involved making an arti-bacco. Just like somebody might love green apple ranchers and hate eating green apples, some love synthetic Turkish and hate the flavor of a Turkish vape made with Turkish tobacco.
Alongside any similarities, there is very noticable differences in flavor, feel, and performance. Some synthetic/chemically made flavors can get surprisingly close to the real thing. Not so much yet with tobacco, it's pretty easy to spot an arti-bacco, and NETs are way closer to the real flavor of tobacco.
I actually have more respect or arti-baccos after vaping NETs for a while. They have their own unique and enjoyable flavor, and while maybe not tasting much like real tobacco they have their own charms, and work for me when wanting a tobacco experience (just not the TRUE tobacco experience of NET). They also vape much cleaner than NETs.
