If you like 400 you will really like 500 ;) just roll a skinny wick with barely any hole in the center of it,,, then use that as your start piece for the main wick, twisting it up in the bigger wick, works great. or you can just make a 2nd wick that fits into the main wick, both ways work well.

Sincere thanks for contributing to the topic MWA. It's great to have the input of a much more experienced user in this regard. I hope I'm on the right track, I feel like I am. I've only got so much room to work with in this little "modded" Phoenix rba but what I'm learning is that basically (using ~equal coils and wattage) the more dense and large of a wick I can fit into this thing, the more dense and large the vape cloud becomes, regardless of the viscosity of the juice being used (there's been great flavor all along). This may hit a point of diminishing returns at some point but I haven't gotten there yet. I do have what looks even more like a "real" Genesis style device (DV Griffin) on order and hopefully I can take things up a bit of a notch here once that arrives.

You know when you say things like that I get scared. ;)

lol, didn't mean to scare you. What I think i'm trying to say there is, and I expect we'd all agree, that when you take that very first W2V vape you say to yourself something like "*&%$, that's a real cigar!" It's not hard stuff to "figure out" in that regard...

All of that sounds interesting to me. However, I am done farting around with equipmet (for now). I've done enough of that to this point to make myself dangerous. Now I am focusing on the liquid side of the vaping journey. However, I would like to revisit the equipment side again at some point and the mods that you are doing is something I would have near the top of my list. So I am anxious to continue following your progress and may check back in with you down the road sometime.

Just had a short vape session with Vaperite & GoodeJuice samples received today. I think VR is more what I'm looking for in a NET blend.

Vaperite

Organic Peach Tobacco - Just a really nice fresh peach & tobacco all day every day anywhere everywhere vape this is a 10/10 juice for me

Rou's Natural Toasted Hazelnut Tobacco - The tobacco is just right here not too overpowering and the Toasted Hazelnuts is toasted to perfection its amazing

House Extracted Natural Tobacco - This is a bit like Cigarrillos Naturales but much darker and stronger maybe

Organic VR4 - Probably the best and so far the only RY4 that isn't sickly sweet and or fake for me. Its pretty good.

Natural Perique Tobacco - Bit too pipe tobacco at the moment may grow on me

APV Tobacco Organic - Wasn't a fan of this

Batch 21 - Funny caramel not bad funny just different not sickly but not sure

Also for Reo 18490 & Mini users the VR 3ml samples can go straight into the the bottom feeder.

GoodeJuice

Vita Bella is the pick here pretty strong a real big tobacco hitter think I need to spend more time with this 1.

Natural Perique Tobacco - Mild pipe tobacco need more time to tell

Organic Tobacco #1 was pretty dry bit too reminiscent of the baccy days

El Toro Cigarrillos Naturales is holding firm at the #1 spot this juice to me is a perfect NET big TH massive vapor crisp clean tobacco has like a light nutty toasty on the exhale and I feel like Ive had a the best nic hit ever and feel relaxed this is the only juice ive had that gives me a similar feeling of smoking its scary & great.

Eden I really like too I like all the El Toros seem to all have a very distinct flavours that stand out definitely a El Toro fan

I've just sold off a lot juice that had glowing reviews I just couldnt vape it made me sick just thinking about. The more I vape NETs the more I cant handle sweet artificial pop juice. I'm starting to work out what is even safe for me to try now where as a month ago I would fall for anything & everything.

I've also worked out my tastes in vaping are very picky much like other areas of my life LOL

Next samples are Plume Room & HHV (you know who)

Apologies to Eleanor, but 2 days steeping is all I can wait to try some of these. I'll give them a proper steep after and see if there's any change. Mr.Mann suggested I try them in this order: Vita Bella, Natural Perique, Wild Turkey, Acadian Gold, Organic Tobacco #1.

Vita Bella - check. Natural Perique - in the mail somewhere. Wild Turkey - vaping it now.

My initial Wild Turkey impressions. This is straight up, no nonsense tobacco, period. No frills, no thrills, just tobacco. It's not complex, you won't find yourself searching for an elusive "what's that flavor". It's clean, nothing perfume-y or chemically. Nice and full flavored, yet very mild. It doesn't get in my face like Vita Bella did. It tastes very much like how I remember a freshly opened pack of cigarettes smelling. I could recommend this to one of those newbie vapers looking for a "cigarette" juice (calling it a cigarette juice doesn't do it justice, but hopefully you know what I mean). No, it doesn't taste like a Marlboro, but it does have a cigarette-y feel to me.

I like it, but so far it isn't very "exciting". Vita Bella, even though it was a little overwhelming to me at first, has more of an "excitement factor". Vita Bella does a little tap dance on my tongue, and kind of reminds me of smoking a pipe, where Wild Turkey is more of a straight cigarette type experience. As always, ymmv.

Acadian Gold on deck.

I find many of these smoke juices that "taste like a cigarette" are exactly how you describe. Nothing exciting. But then for 40 years I never knew tobacco cigarettes weren't exciting. I didn't find out until after I started vaping.

Acadian Gold. I've only "smoked" three different categories of tobaccos in my life: cigarette, pipe, and cigar (and 95% of that cigarette, but how many others are there, hooka and?), so my mind only knows how to classify them into those broad niches. Based on that Arcadian would also fall into a cigarette type tobacco, but that's about the only similarity I find between it and Wild Turkey. If it's a cigarette, it's a cigarette you'd buy in a fancy tobacco store, not in a pack at the local 7-11 (again, this doesn't taste like a cigarette, I just don't know how else to classify it).

I'm guessing because it's a blend of two different tobaccos is why it seems to have a lot more body than the WT. I'm getting multiple "flavors" out of AG. I'm not tasting anything that isn't tobacco mind you, there's no caramel here, but it's got more going on than WT. Different nuances peeking out here and there if you will. If Wild Turkey would go good with a beer, Acadian would go good with a nice glass of red wine.

This is pretty good, it's a little dry (but not so much as the WT), it's fairly mild, and there's not really any sweet to speak of, but a lot of flavor. Vita Bella still has both of them beat in the "lots of flavor" category, but for my first go at it, AG shows some promise.

I still have NP, Organic, Apple Cured, and GJ4. I'm saving those last two for last. I have high hopes for both, as they both smell wonderful. Other than those two and Vita Bella, which as you know is LOUD, I can't coax any smell out of the bottle from any of the others, so I don't know what to expect from them til I vape them.

This just in...

GJ4 is good now, but it will be better later. I spent quite awhile jumping the gun last night and enjoying every vape of it. I don't know if Apple Cured will make it much longer. ;) :p

Natural Perique. Nothing cigaretty here. Dark, smooth pipe tobacco. This is probably the mildest of the four I've tried so far. Slightly dry, a little hint of sweet, clean, nothing complex, just tobacco. I must say it's surprising how realistic the "tobacco" experience has been with all these GeJ juices. Vaping this NP I can close my eyes and imagine I'm holding a pipe and not a PV.

Pretty much my observation about NP. Significantly milder than the VB for certain but still a solid TH.

I wanted to say thank you for the juice recommendations. I got some from The Plume Room and from Vapor Station. I really like the VS Tampa and VS4 with Tampa being my favorite. I'm not eloquent or good at reviews so I will not even attempt. What I can say is the VS is very clean, straight forward cigarette tobacco tasting to me. I love Tampa and will be ordering more and would like to try some of their other flavors as well.

The Plume Room isn't for me. It has that flavor that makes me think green if that means anything? It has a tangy, possibly what one might call grassy note that doesn't agree with me. I always thought that flavor came from tobacco absolute but now I wonder what exactly it is so I know how to avoid it. I am not in anyway trying to bash TPR. It is a very good quality juice and I'm sure loved by many. I wish I could describe the base note better but Im not familiar enough with individual components or types of tobacco juice to do so.

If anyone knows or understand what I'm trying to describe as that "green" flavor is please let know. Also any other recommendations of juice that is like VS Tampa would be greatly appreciated.

Tobacco is a plant. "Earthy" and "grassy" are often used descriptions of that taste. It seems more pronounced in some tobacco strains than in others, and more noticeable in the real, extracted tobacco juices as opposed to the non-extracted kind. I'm speaking of the ones that don't cover it up. Gandalf (from HHV), for instance, is a extracted tobacco, but there's nothing earthy or grassy in it, but then there's a lot more in Gandalf than just tobacco.

I've never tried Tampa, but your description of it sounds like GeJ Wild Turkey or Acadian Gold. Both fall into the "cigarette" type tobacco category to me.
