GeJ discontinued the WL (Wrangler Lite). Based on what you are stating as your preferred taste, I'd say order Patriot, maybe Organic tobacco #1, GJ4 and Vita Bella. I'd also HIGHLY recommend Ahlusion's Devil Dog.

My first taste of Devil Dog arrived today (18mg, 70/30). What can I say that hasn't already been said... It's a wonderful tobacco and a great companion to their excellent Blue Grass Burley. Keep 'em coming Ahlusion...

It should be all good. I got it when it came out and the flavor never changed over time

Agreed. I have BGB here that's a few days shy of a month steeped. No noticable change that I can discern, but then it tasted great right out of the gate. I'd say the same for W2V tobaccos as well. I'm thinking that these flavors are all so "concentrated" to begin with that there's not a lot of sublety to be brought out by steeping.

I know 20 lashes with a wet noodle...I like dripping but man I am on the go all the time so use cartos and usally vape at 6-7v with dc at 3ohms or 1.6ohm at 5v.I've used alot of 100%vg juices lately and with dc they seem to do well at hv with the filler so I would think these juices at 70/30 pg vg would do alright.

Really just want to try some good strong NET's.I've had Vaperite not strong enough or to sweet for me and have tried others so hoping how your explaining BGB works for me that way:)

When I think of "straight" tobacco vapes, I think of four, make that five, American vendors. I'd call VR's offerings the mildest of those tobaccos.

Using cartos on BGB or Devil Dog? Blasphemy! Such gold much only be served in the atomizer!

Seriously though, Mann is right. They shouldn't hurt a carto too much. The flavor may linger a bit in the filler because they are so strong. I'm getting a rebuildable atomizer just so I can take them on trips without dripping and driving (which I only did at only stop signs and stop lights, honestly).

Ahlusion BGB and DD vape much cleaner than W2V tobaccos in the Phoenigen™. Never tried them in a carto but I'd expect some flavor to come through. I do put GeJ and Heather's into small 22mm cartos on a tiny batt for quick travel "pocket" hits sometimes and they do fairly ok...

Hopefully open tomorrow. They have to catch up with their popularity now. Devil Dog is in extremely high demand so they're trying to make the same quality product in larger quantities with sacrificing quality. They were pretty big before they came out with the Premium Tobacco line but now that more people tried the premiums they're in high demand. Hopefully you can get in on some when they open again. In my opinion, Ahlusion makes the best extracted tobacco out there. I hope they eventually get their Sweet Georgia Peach made. That one is just as good as Devil Dog and BGB.

mmmm... looking forward to it. I'm on the "notify" list for that and the cherry as well.

Hey Vic, in the lower right hand corner of your dialogue box is the multi-quote function, if you click it (the little plus sign and half quotation mark) a check will appear and you can do the same with as many posts as you like. Then on the last post you wish to include in your multi-quoted post, just click "Reply With Quote" and all the posts will appear in one post. Make sure you don't delete any of the brackets or the info inside of the brackets (the brackets each will have "QUOTE" and other info inside)---> Hula, did you read that? LOL... Just type your response after the post you wish to comment on after the last set of brackets per post. I don't know if you knew this, but it is okay if you didn't. If you know how to multi-quote, forgive me for assuming incorrectly. FYI, it took me forever trying to figure it out.

Those juices vape cleaner period. Wlad is a master at filtering while not weakening the impact!

Isn't it weird that it's almost a juice that is so spot-on, the in-depth, investigative "review" is almost pointless. Devil Dog and BGB are so sincere, they almost defy reviews. Although, luce's review of both were great -- it's just that there isn't a whole lot that can be said ("that hasn't already been said") other than tobacco lovers need to try it!

As you know, I am not a NET connoisseur. At least in the way many here are. I'm talking about the hardcore NETs with little flavor shaping where the raw tobacco itself is allowed to shine through. I find I don't dislike them, but nor are they in my "favorites". That aside, I have recently sampled two NETs (in the category described above) that I am very much enjoying. Both are from Qucik nic. One is called "Habana Daydream". It's a blend of four or five extracts with no sweetners. The best descriptor I can come up with is "pleasant". It's a cigar flavor all the way and reminds me of a buddy I had who was into cigars. He'd give me cigars now and then to try and "Habana Daydream" reminds me of the best ones he gave me. I could order this one again. The other Quick nic I liked was Grandpa's Night Cap. This is an English Pipe Tobacco. Slightly sweeter but also pleasant. Kind of reminds me of 4th of July...that sweetish smell of detonated fireworks. I know, not an especially good descriptor, but that's what it reminds me of. I believe Quick nic has other NETS too. I just happened to like these two the most. "Pleasant".

Glad to hear that you like the Grandpa's Nightcap. I enjoy that one a lot as well. Habana Daydream is another great choice, I was enjoying a 30ml of that then dropped the glass bottle and shattered the rest... enjoyed it but kind of forgot about it. Must have put the bad experience out of my mind...lol Thank's for reminding me, I need to get that one again. If you like the Grandpa's you may want to try the Fired In Georgia, with a similar sweetish flavor profile only with a bit of peach. This doesn't taste like peach flavor added to tobacco but more like a real extracted peach tobacco, if that makes sense...

How dark or light are DD&BGB upon arrival V Vandyke?

In color they are a light brown. In flavor they are on the deeper side, more like a cigar or pipe. There are very well written reviews posted previously that you may want to check.

Welcome to the thread BTW :)

Ahhh!! So that's what that thing is...lol. Yeah, didn't mean to flood. Just got home and working my way up the thread. Nice to see all of the activity and new contributors! Thanks for the tip postmaster Mann :)

Boy, people are talking more and more about cigars and cigar taste. Well this go me thinking about a little cigar that I really liked now and then. They were called Al Capone Sweets Cognac dipped , a very good little cigar.
To find a e-liquid/juice like them would be great ! Even close to the taste with Cognac of course----lol

Huummm , It was just a thought out loud. :) :vapor:

I know those cigars well, and I have yet to find anything juice-wise that is even remotely similar. That would be a nice addition!

Glad to hear that you like the Grandpa's Nightcap. I enjoy that one a lot as well. I'm definitely gonna have to give that a try as soon as I come down from this crazy nic buzz from all the Ahlusion NET's I've vaped today. Got my first Blue Grass Burley today and Holy $#*& is that stuff good!!! It reminds me a lot of a mellower Devil Dog with a bit less Latakia. I love me some Devil Dog, but BGB is a little more all-day vapeable.

I actually enjoyed the Habana Daydream more. But to be fair, I haven't gone back and re-tried Grandpa's since I put him to bed for a long slumber. I really liked it when it was new but it was rather rich and I could see it had a limit for me. But again, it was new. I suspect the richness will be somewhat subsided with steeping. Before I put Grandpa in the rest home, I knew it would have potential that I would look forward to. I'll proibably wake him up again this week for another walk around the block.

BGB tastes like Wlad played around with an equalizer for the voice of BGB and quieted the baritone and amplified the tenor. The melody is the same between both, but the tonality is quite different.

Oh yeah I've read them and have been lurking for awhile now just time to decide GeJ,hhv,or Ahlusion leaning toward the latter...when u say pipe or cigar flavor I was never into them but do like some non NET juices supposedly that flavor one being Havana Gold. But do love strong tobacco flavors so I think would enjoy BGB,DD.Thanks for welcome,Dale

Man I'm already impressed with Ahlusion just emailed them with a enquiry and 10 minutes later got a reply from Wlad himself. He says personally he does'nt like the 2 juices in carto tanks mutes the flavor but has heard some have enjoyed it with DC at high wattage which is how I vape...but said the non-aromatic tobaccos did well with my set up.With that said has anyone tried Desperado,Dealmaker and your opinions?
