I felt somewhat similar as rpad on the Maple Burley at first. Then it grew on me. After about 10 days the whole juice balanced out. Did the maple assert itself more after steep? Not necessarily. What it did do was even out so that it wasn't a mere finish, but was woven within the net blend. Quite expertly balanced. Sometimes I want a bit more maple, but inevitably I grow more dependent on this juice every day. It has become my #1 ADV currently, despite me wanting a more maple experience from it originally.

I actually have a different potential issue with Ahlusion. There is way to much similarity in the net blend between DD and MB. You cannot deny the strong (and exquisite) influence of the burley. But at a casual vape, the dd basically seems like the MB minus the Maple, plus some Latakia spice and smoke. It is not that simple, but at a quick taste it is almost to similar. It honestly makes me lower my expectations on much of a flavor difference on the BGB, which I haven't tried yet, and which many say is the best net around. I hope it ha a flavor all it's own but we shall see. Hey, if I walked away fr Ahlusion simply with MB and Sasparilla I would be damn happy, but my hope is for a few truly unique flavored juices.

Although I get similarity between BGB and MB, Devil Dog seems completely different to me. I can't describe it in terms of the different tobaccos -- 'cause I don't know enough to match the flavor with its name -- but they're certainly as different to me as, say, coffees from Central America and Indonesia are different, or apples and pears. It has a swampy funk that I don't get from the burleys.

Well, I've tried Halos Tribeca, too something... sour maybe. Tried Fuzions black Cavendish? ...thought it was horrible at first, ended up great after steeping. Tried Halos Capt. Jack, not bad, lent it out and never saw it again I probably would have enjoyed it. Mixed up a batch of bobas clone from the really long diy thread and like it but not tobacco-y enough.
I liked real cigars. Cohiba, A.Fuente,Perdomo,Rocky Patel...
Also enjoyed burley and Cavendish pipe.

There is a new vendor, www.Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco.com, e-liquids for electronic cigarettes that has a black Cavendish and several cigar flavors. Want2Vape, an older vendor has several good cigar juices also. Can't help you much more than that with cigars, not my thing.

Good Burley pipes are Bluegrass Burley from Ahlusion and Louisville from Want2Vape. Both are realistic and very bold flavors. Other pipe blends are numerous.

If you're asking where he is, I think struggling to hold a baby over his shoulder and paint at the same time. If you're asking, as Shakespeare was, WHY he is Mr. Mann, well. . .he likes the taste of tobacco.

Apache seems like a DD to me. I definitely want to try the limited edition NET RY4. Southern Gent...I am pretty meh on amaretto. I have an odd I interest in Sunday, despite never trying a coffee infused tobacky yet. Ditto on Pendragon and I never even tried a cherry tobacco in my analog pipe days. Shoot, I might need one of each!

This is where rather than search 1200 pages I ask for MOV recommendations...

Apache, English pipe with a Turkish base. Southern Gentleman, very complex pipe, my personal fave. Sunday Morning, Burley blend with a touch of coffee and slightly sweet. Full Virginia Flake RY4, good RY4 but sweet. Pendragon, pipe with cherry and vanilla. Hey Jack, maple Cavendish. For you Juicy, probably the first three. They have a deal on 3 packs of 15 ml or 30 ml.

I could be mistaken, but I don't think Full Virginia Flake is a limited edition anymore. I'm 99% sure it's part of the regular menu now.

For me, Devil Dog! is way different from Blue Brass Burley because of the Latakia (and also because of the exclamation mark). That particular adds a spicy bite (according to my tastebuds, anyway).

Btw, thanks to Clay for teaching me the proper pronunciation of Latakia. I totally said it wrong in my last W2V review.

I agree with you and cherry. BGB is to steak what Devil Dog is to steak, potato and salad with your favorite dressing! Sometimes just steak is fine, sometimes you want it all!
