Just thought I would post here since the last few times I posted I was asking about NET's. Since trying HHV NET juices that is pretty much all I vape now. I have tried most of the NET's mentioned with this thread and HHV blows them all away bit as we all know taste is subjectve. My favorites are Heavenly Army, Legend, Huntsman, Pirate's booty, and dark Horse. They all are a little similar to each other but also a little different. Wish I could find some other's I really like because I could use a bit of a charge every now and then.

Nothing wrong with your taste buds Karla. NETs cover a fairly wide spectrum. Some enjoy all points across the spectrum, others like just one or two points (like you). Have you sampled all of HHV? I ask because Shadow is similar to HA.

Esteemed NETizen y cherry y does not know this.

Glad you found some NETs that you love. That reminds me. I haven't had HHV in a long time. Now I miss that juice style.

It's been a while for me too, and I miss having a bottle of HHV around. There's a silkiness that's unmatched elsewhere, good anytime vapes.

Sometimes I think us NET vapers need our own social sub-forum.

Why would you say that, MM? Planning on diversifying and expanding the NET thread?

Has anyone ordered that new pumpkin pie NET hybrid from NETCOM? I kinda want to jump on it even though I'm not buying juice at the moment; would like to hear some reports on it first though.

I ordered it a few days ago and it should be here very soon.

My NETcom order that's on the way is gonna be my last juice purchase for the forseeable future (I'm a government employee). Luckily, I've got enough bottles here to keep me busy for a while. I just now tried the first of several Mt. Baker flavors I ordered a month ago (yes, I know that company is off-topic in this thread).

Look forward to hear how that Tobumpkin is.

MBV talk is allowed.. as long as it's bashing them.

Speaking of bashing, I can tell you right now I will not be wasting time or money on HHV. I get and respect their supporters. I really do. However from here to all over ECF and beyond the same issues have been highlighted by countless people. There is just too much other good stuff out there and too little money for me to bother with those guys. I am not a big sweet vape guy anyways. Maybe one day, but I am all stocked up on crazy here.

For drippers, I like 2mm hollow Ekowool. I also recommend Twik, which is Ekowool with an organic cotton core. For wire, I prefer flat ribbon. It's more expensive, but it's idiot-proof -- really, really difficult to get hot spots.

I'm very much into trying Twik and flat Kanthal. It'll have to wait, though. I ordered regular round wire recently (32 ga. to attempt to rebuild my T2 heads) and noticed the ribbon Kanthal on the website AFTER I had placed my order. <facepalm>

When I review NETs, I drip and use a clearomizer. When it's something really good, I feel like I'm wasting juice on the clearo.

I feel the same way yet I can't limit myself to enjoying NETs only at home. I like 'em too much.

Yes, they have had their issues to be sure. Is it enough for me to ditch them? Not a chance. They make excellent e-liquid. If I didn't get into their liquids as you seem, I'd stay away from them too. I stay away from vendors who allow me a short window to order. That doesn't stop a lot of people. And if it doesn't bother them then they should continue to order from them. But you wont hear me bashing them. Just my choice. To each their own.

Yeah, the doco didn't really get into the different types of tobacco and their flavours. More so, it discussed tobacco use generally and the addictive power of nicotine as being behind the reason why people smoked. I found it fascinating that apart from the tribes in south america, it was the English that popularised tobacco and smoked pipes en masse in those early days. Cigarettes only appeared about 100 years ago.

Really nice doc, Anthony. My one issue is that idea that the term tobacco is often seen as interchangeable with the term nicotine.

I am going off topic too now - I really need to understand ekowool and the Kayfun Lite. I am losing touch with the new advances due to over spending a few months ago and not buying anything new.

Is organic cotton available at any e-cig vendors or do I buy it at a local supermarket? And is the kayfun lite really worth the $100 ?! What wicking material do you use for it?

Anthony, I speak for myself only. Value is in the eye of the beholder and we might not see value the same way. So keep that in mind.

The Kayfun Lite ($105 out the door from InTaste) is very expensive. I think it was worth the money (for me). Why? I have $12 Phoenix RBA's that provide flavor/feel that is on par with the $105 Kayfun Lite. The problem I have with the phoenix RBA's is that I can drip only 12 drops at a time. In other words, I'm tethered to my juice bottle. It drives me nuts after awhile. So I wanted a Phoenix-quality vape that had more capacity. Enter the AGA-T+ using ss mesh. The AGA was very finicky. I could not hold the resistance no matter what I tried. That led to delayed heating and an overall frustarting experience. Additionally, my AGA didn't provide the flavor/feel I got from my Phoenix RBA's (maybe 85%). Enter the Kayfun Lite. After much frustration and reading countless positive reviews on the KFL, I sprung for it. It killed me to have to pay $105 for a juice feeder. That said, it has performed flalessly for me. The flavor/feel is at least as good as my Phoenix RBA's and it holds 4+ mls of juice. Rebuilding is easy for me. So while it killed me to dish out $105, I can say it has completely addressed my needs.

I look at my Kayfun Lite the same way I look at my Provari: Overpriced, but I feel confident I am getting the best vaping experience there is to be offered anywhere.

Your call.

K-Lite is definitely worth the price tag. It's almost fool-proof, and work like a dripping atty but with the added benefit of a 4ml tank. Speaking of tanks, it's built like one too.

I've used Silica, 2mm Ekowool, 3mm Ekowool to wick mine. There's a number of different configurations and setups you can use for it.

I know you like your research, so here's a link to the Kayfun Lite thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/436118-kayfun-lite.html. Tons of info there..

Cotton: Apparently it can be bought at any supermarket. You want to get the "unbleached" one if you can find it.

Dust touched on the wicking options for the KFL. He's right, they all work well. I have used cotton and silica and get excellent results from both. I stuck with the silica due to dry burning capability.

And yes, the KFL is built like a tank...hence the confidence much the same way one gets from a Provari. Solid construction!

And I have yet to experience a single molecule of leakage.

Walgreens: 80 organic cotton balls for $4.

Keep 20, sell the rest on the classies as "Pluid -ready" for $20.

I've heard the draw is airy. How does it compare to other atties, like small drippers, disposables and gennies?

Totally off topic (I apologize) but I did not want to start a new topic for personal reasons but need expert opinions (where else could I turn?).

Pluid - is this like vaping NyQuil with licorice to anyone else besides me?

Nope. Just Anise and Fennel. Also a bit of citrus in there; perhaps mandarin orange. No my favorite Murdoch juice. That would be Maha Ras and Agent Orange. Although Maha Ras and Pluid mixed 2 or 3:1 is pretty good. I'm super excited about his new flavor that should be for sale in a few weeks.
