If only.....

I think if I wait it out, they'll add samples--that's what they do after the first few runs. Although, I never saw the Cellar joints like Reserve show up in samples. That's $34 + shipping per bottle. Too rich for my blood.

As far as HoL, it's not that the 60 mL is exorbitant, it's just that you have to commit. I am down for a three-way depending on who the other two are. LOL

I'm down. I think we should get all three from 'the cellar' and split them 3 ways. That's 30ml/person, 10ml/flavor. That would give one a good idea if they liked it enough to commit.

But they are 60ml bottles so, we could get 6 in on it rather than 3 and each get 3 10ml bottles...

That's absolutely incredible! I wish Wlad would put pics of his 'lab' on his website. Among other vendors. I know at least a few have clean rooms. CC being one.

Our Mixing and Bottling Area

That is just the mixing and bottling area, not the extraction lab. That is classified! LOL. Actaually, even the mixing and bottling area is barely shown (he didn't want to show too much), but I can tell you it's there, but nobody but authorized personnel are going in. None of that pedestrian visit stuff.

When I was there, he ran into the lab bring something out for me to see, and he surely got all hazmatt suited up first. It was crazy to see.

Yes, and I like the reports. I have nooo idea what those very long nasty sounding chemicals and bad thingies are but I'm glad to see they have less than .0001 thingamabob in each of them vs. the acceptable limit of .002 :D

That's what's left in WTA juices! LOL. Juuuuuuuuuuust kidding...well, sort of. hahaha!

The more the merrier, but the nic would have to be middle ground. I would go lower, but others may have to go higher. Is 24 mg middle ground? LOL. PSYCH. 18 mg seems about right, right?

We will have to take this to the alley or AlphaHQ because this is nearing rule violation for ECF.

I just want to make sure that when I say "Malt" nobody conflates that with Malty from BWB. Malt from Highbrow is the antithesis to Malty from BWB.

I would also like to clarify, possibly needlessly, that MALT from Highbrow is the unpleasant one, like week-old oatmeal. English Malt Toffee by the same company however, is totally different, quite delicious, and one of my favorite candy liquids.

Jerms, I think I got them all. This VR's NET line-up. Sorry, but Chaibacco appears to be arti (still maybe worth a try.)

Natural Flavored House Extracted Tobacco
Organic Flavored Tobacco
Organic Flavored VR4 Tobacco
Organic Flavored Peach Tobacco
Organic Flavored Madagascar Vanilla Tobacco
Organic Flavored Honey Tobacco
Organic Flavored APV Tobacco
Naturally Flavored Cherry Pop Tobacco
Natural Flavored House Extracted Perique Tobacco
Natural Flavored House Extracted Tobacco
Natural Flavored Rou's Toasted Hazelnut Tobacco

Thanks J! I just did a quick look at a search of this thread about Vaperite (gotta catch up on this thread, moved fast today) and it looks like I'll want to keep my expectations low. Since the samples are offered I'll still give em a go. Thinking Perique, House Extracted, and Organic would give a good view of them. And probably Chaibacco, just because. One thing I know about Chai juice, when it's bad it's REALLY bad, so other than Ahlusion's I'm timid.

Rotfl I never said it *tasted* like chicken donuts, just that it produced the same confused mental reaction.

I actually don't have any left... I mixed the small bottle of it with Perique to create Symphonie Fantastique. And come to think, no, I haven't vaped it in a while. As soon as I get home I will drip a little.

Speaking of Fantastique, where is Nick these days?

Ou ou I remember the talk about that! I may have make myself some Symohonie Fantastique.

And yes, where are you Nick, I miss your fantastic self.

That juice sure seemed to be a miss, didn't it? That was funny to sit back and watch. I had some (a sample) and it was a bit strange and jumbled.

Just wayyyy too much going on with Ravyn. People were guessing all these flavors they were getting, and I'm wondering if everybody was right. It's like a bunch of failed flavored NETs were all thrown together. I still have at least 2/3 left of that ....*.

massive review post

Holy crap CW! You're ripping through those juices faster than I've seen. Love reading your impressions bud. Awesome that you gave an overview on MOV's arti-baccos, I'm looking forward to them. Trying to narrow down which ones, but will likely get most of them. The Smooth & Mild and 555 I'm probably gonna pass on.

I'm wondering if Latakia has that peaty flavor you talk about. It clicked when you said SoGent had it a little and Apache much more. If it's that somewhat smoky bite that I get from juices with Latakia, I may be understanding what peaty tastes like.

LOL! Uhhh,...ummmmm........Ah! I got it.
Gandalf version 1 Stage 2.

I doubt there's any I've tried that you haven't Jerms, but I am interested in this....
The Cellar especially the Bulls Blood. Man, that stuff goes well with spaghetti. Seriously has anyone tried the Chivalry?
:D

Haha! Actually, I like Legend and Serendipity enough to may want to order the different versions one day.

I'm sorta kind-of maybe interested in that line from HoL. It seems like such an awesome concept to age a juice like that to sell. Only problem is 2 look to be basically the same juice as 2 from the El Toro line that I wasn't all that wild about, but specially aged. And the 3rd a whiskey-bacco which I'm meh about. But still.. don't count me out necessarily if a group buy gets going.

Sorry for all the posts everyone! I would have made use of the multi-quote if I realized there was so much posted I wanted to reply to.

Vaperite was one of the founders of the whole NET movement. Along with BWB, Want2Vape and one or two others, Vaperite were one of the first and one of the most popular. For their time, their liquids were heads and shoulders above some of the others for their naturally extracted tobaccos and some of their flavours mimicked the flavours of tobacco more than their counterparts.

Jerms if you heading Vaperite's way and want to try a few I would suggest going for some samplers where you can get a bunch of 3 ml samplers of tobaccos before you make any significant purchases. You have probably been spoilt by some of the amazing new era NETS and may find them disappointing. Personally, I hope you don't. I am a real fan of Todd Gano's work and he made his liquids with love in a way only a handful of vendors do. All he really needs to do is start modelling some of the techniques of the new era NETS and I bet he can get right at the top again.

If you must try a few Vaperite NETS I would recommend Rou's Toasted Hazelnut, Organic Tobacco, the Perique (though, I admit I don't think it compares to the GEJ perique), Tuscany tobacco and the 777 for a lighter, smokier version of Ry4 with lighter notes of caramel and vanilla.

By the way, you should, by all rights, not leave your cart without at least a sampler of their Vr4. It won the Vapenstein award in 2010 for the best Ry4. It's a good Ry4, even by today's standards. The madagascar is pretty good if you are a fan of tobacco with vanilla.

I would really like to hear your impressions on their juices.

Regards

My phone's web browser doesn't play well with Vaperite's site, will have to check them out on a regular computer. I've never checked them out and don't remember the opinions on them from this thread, will have to search it out when I have more time. Looks like they sell both NETs and artibacco? Some of those what I think are artibacco look pretty interesting. Is all the NETs based on one extraction with different ingredients added?

Chaibacco I'll NEED to try whether NET or synthetic.

I love Breadtop! Mini fritter prawn buns make no sense but they taste damn good and I can't help but to scoff one when I leave the grocery store.

Scarf's thoughts on some GeJ juices.

Here in Australia there is a Taiwanese-owned chain of bakeries called BreadTop. In addition to the usual bakery staples like croissants, danish, brioche, etc. they also feature a number of pastries that Western palates might find...unusual. The first one of these I tried was the did-I-read-that-correctly Curry Chicken Donut. And it was, as advertised, a donut with a blob of curry chicken where the custard or jelly would be in any other donut.

I remember those posts from Scarf! LOL.
