Wow, they all seem to share certain similarities but what I like about Huntsman is completely different from what I like about Legend. The base is similar but the tobacco seems way different (to me).

Jiggy is sitting in the steep box as the lone HHV now.

I feel the need to add "to me" a lot with HHV juices lol.

Initially the HHV claim to fame, and it was true, was that their tobaccos didn't need to steep. Originally Huntsman and Gandalf were all faint colored, almost like watered down apple juice.

Legend I enjoyed pretty fresh but the rest seem to change a lot with steeping. Definately long steepers for me, which I never hold against a juice. Reverse steepers irk me a bit though.

THIS IS SOOOOOO RIGHT R.I.G.H.T.

Hmm, I don't think this Dragon's Fire is inspiring me to do a full review of it. It's quite good, just not thought provoking at the moment. At first it reminded me of Huntsman, then I tried some Huntsman and DF is just a shadow of it. They do contain some similar tones, but H provides much more tobacco depth while DF trades that for a bit of honey sweetness. Makes me wonder if an even longer steep would make it better for me, but I like it enough now to start vaping it up. Maybe at a later point it's inspire some pondering on it.

Myyyyyy kind of guy Jerms is. Drat! How do I make Jerms a 3-syllable word like Chicago?

Hehe. My taste buds don't take other opinions in consideration though lol. It's very good to me, like Legend and Serendipity, but not great like Huntsman.

I agree with you there Jerms, Legend I actually prefer for the first two weeks or so, still greatly enjoy it later but it loses something to my palate. Serendipity I don't care for until it hits three weeks steeped, then wow I love it. DF is very light on flavor to me initially, but after about three months it zings on my taste buds! Huntsman I've heard from many needs a good LONG steep, so we will see. I'm on my second bottle, the first was a sampler and may have been pre steeped for who knows how long, and I did enjoy it, but not my favorite by any stretch. It and Darkhorse, now about two months old are quite similar to me, grassy and good, but not captivating like some others from HHV, GeJ, QnJ etc. I think this may remain the case for Darkhorse, but I'm holding out hopes for huntsman's metamorphosis. I'm guessing my new bottle of DF will be ready around the same time Huntsman gets there, or so I hope!

That was how Gandalf used to look. The one on the left was when I got extra extract and the one on the right was the original. Can anyone show me a bottle of Legend (Gandalf) now?

I'm on a trip, and didn't bring legend with me sadly, since I'm running low (about 10mLs left), but I am pretty sure well steeped Gand, err, legend looks more like the extra extract pic on the left there.

About 2 months. The juices as a whole aren't much similar to me, I like Huntman a LOT more. Some of the notes in the tobacco share a couple notes of the overall chord to me though, in the lower medium range.

Ah, ok. It has plenty of age on it, then. Maybe it's just not for you? I prefer DF over H. But I do like both.

I wouldn't say it's not for me, I do like it a lot and will enjoy the bottle, but as far as personal preference I enjoy H a lot more. Huntsman is in a rare category of totally awesome for me, so I'd be surprised if any HHV lives up to it. Haven't had a HHV NET I didn't find highly vapable.

I don't see re-ordering DF, but there's around 10ml left of it to change my mind. So far Legend and Huntman I plan to order again.

Most of us in the HHV crowd agree, goll, er sludge, is a love it or hate it juice. I may be the exception to this rule, as I like it, kind of, on a very rare occasion. I'd say it's in my top ten of HHV juices (ive only tried about a dozen) but definitely towards the back. In fact the only juice I have had from them that I thoroughly do not like, is Jiggy. Sludge is the sweetest of their NET juices to me, kind of a plum raisin or something, not sure what exactly, but something like that. Decent as a dessert vape, but I rarely go for a juice that sweet. I don't sense any tobacco to that particular NET. They assure me it's in there, but I can't find it.

If I were you, and not to disagree with shatner, but I do, I'd let it age another month maybe even two before you vape up your last ever DF. Give it a real shot to change your mind.

I can do that, Jiggy was getting lonely in the box anyways lol. I'll let it sit until I finish off the current HHV NETs I have going. Back in the box she goes!
