My experience with cigars started while deployed in 2009. The locals had a tobacco shop set up with loads of good cigars. I sampled quite a few and continued to occasionally revisit them in the years since. Now I have found that NETs can do just as good of a job at providing a very good quality tobacco taste without all of the harmful side effects. :D

Edit: I really should get back to reading, but now I am slipping as it is more engaging to actually partake in the conversation vs just reading it. LOL

I smoked some ACID cigars that Want2Vape has juices that are extracted from and it really proved to me how exact these NETs can replicate the taste of the tobacco they're extracted from. And I'm a vaper so I'm biased, but makes them even better.

Who is RiZe?

I'm still trying to get my head wrapped around Ecopure Rich.

Funny you should pair the two. RiZe is a vendor that Intellicig sells, but I bought mine from RiZe. I spoke about them the other day with the dancing around of their "natural tobaccos." Since I have no qulams really with TA, I look forward to trying them (though I am not certain if that is the case; they do buy third part extracts though). I am only getting a couple bottles.

I am doing really good now with knowing what I want and what is mere filler on sites.

As I continue to read through this thread, I realize my bank account is in some serious trouble in the coming months, especially since everything that I want to try will need to steep. Thankfully for my vaping needs, I have a PIF'd bottle of HHV Legend on the way from a very generous ECF member that will be able to vape upon receipt on Thursday.

If everything you want to buy needs to steep, then you are at least one less order for the aros! :) Get it? No steeping.

For the most part, the ones that are steepers just means it will change as it ages, not that it's not an enjoyable vape right away for most people. I treat it that if it tastes good fresh it's ready to go. As long as I keep a fair amount of juices on hand it will last long enough to experience it steeped also. Also, for every day you vape you've saved the cost of smokes, so things balance out well soon.

I better head to bed, getting Jiggied out.

I was in the Air Force for 8 years.

Sweet! My grandfather was a Master Sergeant in the Air Force. He just passed two years ago but I spent probably every other day with him for the final years.

Welcome Chimps. I used to date an Air Force colonel ;) Dad was briefly in the Army.

Yeah, that only took me about the first 500 or so to do...

10 per page is insane! For me, it matters not how much is on a page (as far as the amount of writing per post), but when I have to constantly go to another page after 10 posts, it becomes a psychological overload.

I am (very sadly) vaping the last of the Dragon's Fire sample that I have tonight. I like this juice. As I said in a post on the HHV Army BIG THREAD, this juice is the one that I tried that "took the lunch money from all of the other juices I have tried until now." I really, really need the mailman to get here...

What would you say is the optimum steep time on DF, Bronze? I too vaped Dragon Fire today. I christened my new Protank with it and I have to say, while I liked it, I didn't love it. It was on the light side on flavour and no real tobacco depth. To me I would equate it as Diet Pirate Booty. I much prefer Huntsman right now.

I am also finding that Legend and Serendipity are light on flavour. they are kinda nice really, a mellow, sort, light flavour but I just wish there was some more depth and boldness to the sweet orientation of some of the HHV juices.

All my HHV juices are about 5 weeks old.

Any insight would be great.

If you think Dragon's Fire resembles Huntsman in any way, shape, or form you need to put it up another couple weeks and vape it more. The two have nothing in common. Take it from someone who has vaped 500 mls of DF plus another 500 mls of their former identical twins PB and Gandy 2. :)

Pirates Booty is my current favourite of the HHV juices with Huntsman a close second. Huntsman has really grown on me in the space of one week. Pirate's Booty was one of the first one's I tried and it left a distinct impression of why HHV is so popular. Gandalf and Serendipity had a contrary impression where I was left wondering what all the fuss is about those particular two juices.

Though, I will say, I haven't spent a great of time with my HHV stuff yet and it is my first order from HHV. I've barely touched Serendipity but my initial impression at the 3 week steep mark was light, airy, sweet, coffee flavour.

I am getting an extra-sensory perception that they need a couple of weeks more to be optimally steeped.

Way back when, the first available batch, Huntsman and Gandalf were super similar and Dragon's Fire and Pirate's Booty were also quite similar. Aside from Jiggy and Oompa :)facepalm:) there wasn't anything else. At some point they began approaching their flavors differently and they are much more distinguishable.

I never see anyone around here talking about Pirate's Booty anymore. Are the HHV vapers still digging it?

Berrylanna, maybe it was my recent postings about how good and true to the flavour GEJs Patriot was in the full sized Vapeonly BCC?

Today I got an Evod and Kangar Protank. I loaded the protank with DF so I can't directly compare. I can compare the Evod, in my personal opinion and I think the Evod is just as good as the Vapeonly. I had Fired Cured in both and it's divine in both. I am just finding the flavour just a bit different in both, but equally as good.

The Protank is extremely airy and almost vapes and sounds like a carto, though I am still enjoying it immensely. But what i like about the Evod is that the draw is a bit tighter, more to my personal liking and the flavour is SPOT ON and then some. I am getting undertones of flavour and subtle notes I am not getting out of all my setups, except for the Vapeonly BCC which is on par.

I am really impressed with these Evods at $6 a pop.

Are these drastically more true-to-flavor than the Nova or just individual opinion? The question was sparked by the comment about the full-sized vapeonly BCC.

Anthony,

Based on what you like from HHV, you prefer a more pronounced tobacco taste (HHV is not famous for that). HHV tobaccos are mostly what we call small font tobaccos, and DF is one of the more "desserty" of the HHV NETs. PB and Huntsman are on the other end of the scale (in HHV terms at least).

One of the reasons HHV tobaccos are popular (IMO at least) is they have a wider range of flavors than some others. Some vendors seem to have the same base for most/all of their tobaccos. I haven't found anyone that likes ALL the HHV NETs, but most people can find at least a few they like.

And from what little I gather you've only tried HHV amongst the NETS. You haven't tried Goodejuice, MyVapeStore, Quicknicjuice, Want2Vape, Mountain Oak Vapor or Ahlusion..

a wonderful world awaits you if you stay off the analogs and stick with vaping. Some of the cigar like flavours in the vendors I named above will astound you.

You are in for a real treat.
