Morning NETizens. Coffee, homemade teabacco, and A+ Blueberry Vanilla Cake are on the menu while I watch the Rangers embarrass themselves play.

Gonna be a looooooong day. :(

Aw, Scarf-ace!
Fingers crossed, there's always hope. It's happened before!

Btw, I thought of you this morning when I read this in the Wall St. Journal:

Video - Secrets of the Hermes Scarf - WSJ.com

Have you thought of designing for them?

You guys convinced me to try a Pro tank. Just got one, washed it good and fired it up with some Full Virginia Flake RY4. Very good flavor and vapor production but the draw is like sucking on a big Dairy Queen straw (the big ones that come with shakes) without the milkshake! The vape is ice cold also. These are my initial impressions and I'll give it a chance but I'd trade it for a good rba.

I've also got two of the Phoenix v5 coming. After looking more closely at the pics of it, I'd say it is made for dual/multiple coil builds. I'm happy with one coil so I could be traded out of them also.

Great vid Cnew! No, I'd be no good as a designer... I have zero talent in the visual arts. Copywriter on the other hand...that I could do.

OOH DEREK STEPAN you beautiful man! Tie game!

With the Protank, you have to crank up the volts! I wouldn't use it on an ego, that's for certain. I like a warm vape, and I have to crank it between 4 and 5 volts to get a decent warmth. And you have to adjust your inhalation. I usually use short, quick intakes, since a long drag seems airy. yeah, a decent clearo is easier, and atty is better, but for a tank, the Protank isn't bad. It's just a high voltage device.

I'd disagree with the "high voltage" portion of your statement... or that an atty is better... and I personally don't find the ProTank airy though it is more so than many others. If you aren't getting good vapor ( and hence the high voltage statement ), remove one or two of the flavor wicks that sits on top of the coil. The warmth issue would require more power of course, but again I don't have a preference there and I'll take a warm or cool vape.

I got used to the airiness and adjusted according, I just like a warm vape. I've not had any flavor or lack of vapor, I just like it warm, so I like to crank my Protank up.

I get a better, consistent warm, tight vape with my iclears than anything else, but the flavor is a bit more muted than with the Protank. I like both, for different reasons.

Admit it, you saw mine on the MVP the other day and you were too interested. What was that mod you were lugging around?

I'm ready to empty my iClears and put them in storage for the zombie apocalypse. Just picked up two EVODs and a mini T3 and some 1.8 ohm heads for each to go along with the two protanks and the T3 I already had. If I can't vape on six JDSs and be satisfied something is wrong.

My eVod will hopefully be in tomorrow! I saw Busardo's video and it looks easy and fun to rebuild. I like how it uses such a small amount of wick, my German silica should work great.

I've been traveling and busy with work since Sunday, and just catching up on the thread. God, this thread moves fast! Already almost another thousand posts in about a week!

I took Vita Bella on my trip to get to know it better. It is awesome! Definitely getting some vanilla there, but the tobacco is still up front and in charge. At first it was hard to detect how strong the tobacco was, but I put it down for a while and vaped Legend and Boba's. When I picked VB back up it was clear that this is tobacco and it isn't messing around.

I also did a workout with Apache from MOV. This could be one of my favorite juices so far. Grassy, not like a leafy green grass. I guess more like straw. Aged straw even. It's earthy, like dirt. And of course mostly tobacco. Straight tobacco no chaser. Not a bit of sweetness in it. It was a saviour to me one night out drinking on my trip.

I'll use the iclears until the Kanger T3S comes along ;) Shouldn't be long.

It would be real nice if the heads were compatible with the EVODs and ProTank heads, but from what I've read that may not be the case. I've even heard that they may not work as well with the old T3 and mini T3. Thoughts?

@Roots -- I thought that was why kanger was making the T3S, to use the same type heads as the Protank and Evod, which were of a better design. Kanger might say that the heads aren't compatible, but users discovered that Protank and Evod could share heads.

Until someone actually has them, we won't know for certain.

Too true. I asked the online support at VapinInTheCape about compatibility between the heads for evod and protanks a while back and they said no dice. NOT TRUE!

I'll bring you an evod head sometime and you can try that out. Makes the pull less airy on the protank so not so much humongo straw effect going on.

So for 3.5 weeks now I've been analog free vaping about 3-5 ml's a day of 24mg juice. I'm trying to decide on 18 or 24mg for my order from Ahlusion tomorrow (hopefully I'll make it in time before they close/run out of aros). I'm thinking 18mg since they will be steeping for a while and by then I should be ok to get down to 18...thoughts?

I would say Ahlusion's one company that you could easily order nic a step lower. I order 18mg most places, and 12mg from Ahlusion hit's about the same.
