I have some Prime 15. What does it transform into over time? It is very a distinctive juice with a strong graham cracker vanilla taste, in my opinion.

I get no vanilla or graham cracker in P15, just a dry, nutty somewhat natural yet faint chocolate. Halo does use some natural flavors, so I would expect it to be that subtle chocolate I taste as I know it ain't the tobacco that's natural.

As to what it transforms into, I would say the exact same thing in my previous couple lines. What it is at first is an off-kilter, semi-sweet, acetone-like funk-nutty liquid that tastes like it was made from an inebriated lab technician. That said, I love it when it tastes like that. :D To me, that craziness in the fresh taste of Prime 15 gives the mouth and overall dehydrating feeling from a chemically charged residue that leaves a pretty nasty film on the palate that I have only ever gotten from a cigarette. Brilliant. Wonderful. Prime (er) 15.

No related to Prime 15, but speaking of Halo's tobacco line, have you ever mixed Longhorn with Turkish Tobacco? I have not tried it yet, but I think both flavors compliment each other nicely. I would be nice if Turkish would have been stronger, though.

I have not, but I do have some of all of that coming. Just so you know, you are in the right place if you're looking for tobacco. A lot of synthetic juices are called tobacco that might as well be called flavored mystery. Most synthetic juices that are put in vendor's lines of "tobaccos" are only called tobacco because the juice just didn't fit neatly into other categories. How often have you tried a "tobacco" and been,.

Possibly a part of it, but I think a lot of them do it because it sells better as "tobacco".

(Someone asks, "What are you vaping?". (<my mind churns> do I really want to appear to be unmanly and say "cookie dough" or "graham crackers" ????)). :)

Good point.

I see FuZion Vaper as a juice called Black Cavendish, so of course I emailed them. I said, "I never knew their was an artificial flavoring called Black Cavendisih." I wanted to know if by chance they used any natural tobacco (though I was most certain they didn't.) Their response about their Black Cavendish was,

"Mann,

It is a combination of flavors
."

Uhh, thanks for the information.

I believe all FuZion juices use TPA flavorings. While his juices aren't my thing (very candy and artificial), Shane does some interesting things with TPA and has some nice marketing. I see a lot of college vapers buying FuZion, probably because of the candy tastes and funky colors. Back to the point, I wonder what TPA cocktail makes up Black Cavendish.

I've wondered why so many "tobacco" flavors have either that acetone-like or plastic-like thing going on, and I think what they are going for is the ketones in tobacco smoke, but they are either using too much or not going for the right ketones or something. So if that's what they are doing it would explain some of the odd combo mad scientist tasting tobacco attempts....ketones plus classic tobacco top note flavors (cocoa, caramel, fig, plum, etc.). Maybe not, but it's the only explanation I've come up with for all the acetone/burning plastic with hints of chocolate or caramel flavored juices.

Definitely agree - it wasn't my thing either.

I tried both black cavendish and the dean - both were too sweet for my liking and very very clearly artificial. I still have the mostly untouched bottles... a lot of other vendors like Indigo or Halo get closer with their artificials and those arent nearly as sweet.

Makes me want to place an order for P15 right now! :)

Prime 15 and Turkish by Halo are my two least favorite liquids I have tried. Prime 15 was okay, just not my thing. Turkish had an awful cloying artificial sweetness... Like synthetic marshmallows. I get angry thinking about it! For the record I did let both steep for about a month. I do enjoy Halo's Tribeca though.

Prime 15 has been too long for me to remember, but I liked it back in the day. Turkish I tried when they released it I think, but didn't get much of anything from it. Meaning to re-visit it one day. Longhorn rocked for a couple bottles. Tribeca always rulz.

I even contacted Halo and asked if there was something wrong with the Turkish. Like I said, Prime 15 wasn't bad, just not my thing, but I really can't see how anyone could enjoy the flavor of the Turkish I had.

Anybody else have this is experience with Turkish from Halo or am I crazy? It seems to get quite a bit of praise.

I am going to try a bit of Turkish (Halo) frankenjuiced with QnJ's Turkish. Of course that will be just a little bit as I only have a 7 mL of the QnJ and I wouldn't ruin it the supply, but I am thinking of some different suggestions for Rich. I believe that artificial tobacco flavorings with NET bases can be quite good if done right. Heck, Patriot v1 was one of the best examples of that.

I had a similar experience with Tribeca.
I don't love any of the Halo liquids these days although there was a time when I did. Torque was my preferred halo juice as well as Prime and Turkish. I could not vape Tribeca there was a very strange flavor to it. Capt Jack was probably the worst though. It was like Paint thinner.

"Our PG/VG ratio is proprietary" = I will never try your juice.

PG/VG ratios never concerned me, but I do hate when simple information isn't disclosed. Really? Are vendors that afraid of DIYers that they can't tell you simple stuff?

Message to eliquid vendors: DIYers DIY regardless of you disclosing or not, so not disclosing just makes you look opaque.
