yep. I will (and have a few times) vape myself to nic dizziness just because I got new stuff that NEEDED to be tasted.
Sludge grew on me (which sounds like the after effect of a disturbing medical condition) and has grown to be one of my favorites... if the blasphemy is forgiven, its now potentially on par with Legend and Serendipity. (dont hit me... I'm fragile... I bruise)We'll see if its the same the next time around - I try not to pass judgement until I get a good amount of time, and more than one batch if possible, with them.
As for Sludge and Patriot, for me the bottom notes are similar but only in the way that a chicken club sandwich and kung pow chicken both taste of chicken. Its faint and there enough that I recognize it but, not enough for them to be siblings (more like distant cousins).
I only call it out like that because I don't taste the same kind of relation between say Devil Dog and Legend despite how much I love them both.
I love all my favorite juices equally but, some are clearly adopted.
Ok, now I can see a bit of similarity. In that they're both tobacco.

Oh, how I wish I could get my Mother to quit smoking and take up vaping. Every time she tries to vape w/ my Provari she coughs and immediately puts it down/hands it back.
Even with the voltage way low she just doesn't like it. But at the same time she doesn't even give it a fair chance. Those that don't want to quit won't quit. I've just accepted that.I got a chance to spend some time with retired military friends and another friend that was between deployments. The stories that they have are just awesome. Sometimes I regret not going in to the military. But in my line of work I do get to collaborate and work with them for tools of their trade. So that makes up for it.

I will second this! I'm not the most creative when it comes to names, but we have plenty of talent in this thread. I'm super excited about the vanilla tobacco!

I'm most excited about the Turkish and Fire Cured. I do love me some cherry and vanilla tobaccos, but they'll be up against some heavy hitters. Who's got the balls to name the Turkish "Wild Turkey"? Lol

Papillon Organic Tobacco... This would be good for someone who wants absolutely no sweetness in their juice. A week after mixing it's still coming together but it has an interesting savory undertone that has me thinking of...soy? Possibly. I'm getting a handle on it but it's certainly different. Overall impression is toasty and maybe a squish nutty, but not sweet at all. Color me intrigued.

Zippity doo-dah, zippity-ay! My Ahlusion order arrived today, complete with Sahara Blend and 3 aros (I've never had any of A+'s aromatics before).
Is it really true that the aros need no steeping?? (I know Sahara will require several weeks).
Meanwhile, my JG Blend just keeps getting off-the-hook better.
As for Halo's Turkish: heh. This past Lent, I gave up my favorite juices and defaulted to Turkish as my wake-and-vape with coffee juice. It grew on me.

I got the light only because my preference is Dunkin' Donuts, not Starbucks, if that makes any sense? Of course I don't know if that has any bearing on the ultimate flavors....

I like dark better than light but, both are really good. I haven't tried it with sweetener but, it was naturally a little sweet (not too sweet... just about right)

Cool thanks. Never get the sweetener with Ahl, but never know. I'll get dark, wanting a good coffee flavor as long as it doesn't overpower the tobacco. What am I worried about, Ahlusion does everything right for me lol.
