Got two A+ aros today. BGB and Smokin Cherries. Both are a bit much for me. Should I steer clear of the other aros or are some of them on the brighter, lighter side?

Also got Dulce Cubanito. Gonna give it some time in the steep box before I pass judgement.

Brighter and lighter? Maybe, depends on who you ask, but not by much. I'd give them more than a day before deciding to try any other aros.

Not just picking on you Roots, but it seems lately many are deciding how they feel about juices the day they get them. I know for me it's rare that I can figure out if a juice has it's place in my rotation or how well it works for me at first vape. BGB kicked me in the teeth the first time I tried it, though I enjoyed the beating. No way could I have decided if I want to continue on that path until I spent many sessions with it.

Hell, Guevara took me 13ml and a couple months before it took hold of me and turned into a juice I really like.

Not an NET, but I had to buy Vapor Station (I think) 4x before I really realized that I needed to have some. I am serious! I bought that mess 4x and I finally came to a place where I had acquired the taste. For some reason, I just wanted to like it. That doesn't always work, but what helped was for me to continually read reviews and add the all together to get the sum of what it was that I was to experience. Once I got the sum total, I realized it was for me. I tried again and realized that I found it. Even though I had it several other times (and always sold it), I found it, meaning I "got it."

Of course that may seem excessive to some, but I equate it with people trying day-in and day-out to get their gennys correct but wanting to get it right because they've read all about them an decided it was what they wanted (even if it took many attempts at figuring it out). For me, I need as broad of a palate/palette as possible to stay entertained.

I would say if you bought it (or bought into what you've read), then it may be for you, even if not all the time or immediately.

Some juices, the only thing I can say to them is; I find you interesting/intriguing. Or, I don't think I like you, but you have my attention. Puros is really like that for me, only a few ml left for it to convince me it's worth my time to order more.

That's another one. I have given a bunch of it away (had 60 mL), but I never felt secure being without at least 20 mL of it. Any day when I want that durty-nutty kick, I talk to Puros. Every color has it purpose on a palette and every bud has its own desires on a palate.

I definitely plan to revisit again for many mls. i didn't toss it! Just sharing my first impressions. I'm getting the feeling that Apache is about my limit for flavors that put hair on your chest. And DD! is probably well beyond what I am looking for. I was vaping Acadian Gold before I tried BGB. AG to me is awesome and I'm happy to have found it. Maybe it was the dramatic contrast between the two. I may try Honey Cured for a similar sweet finish like AG.

Sorry if I singled you out, I actually had a feeling you'll keep revisiting it. I'm all for posting first impressions, just wanted to point out that even though it's a bit much for you today, that may change. Hell BGB and DD are a bit much for me most of the time, they are occasional vapes, but when they work, holy god do they work.

Honey Cured I hear is the lightest tobacco. Others say Smokin Cherries has a little more hair then Sweet Georgia Peach, but I found them the same. It's hard to say though, SGP is a pleasant anytime vape for me and some others find it way too aggressive.

Okay, so you dig Apache? You must keep those and vape more 'til you ache for.

p.s. Sweet Georgia Peach may be up your alley. But, once again, if its on your radar, your picking something up that's there.

I live with my wife and two young daughters. It can get downright scary around here sometimes. But when they're sweet they have me wrapped around their fingers. And they ALL know it.

Yep, they know it. And they know that we know that they know. It doesn't matter, they always win.

Hey guys, I posted this in the Cartomizer Issues forum, but no one was able to help me. Thought I might try here.

So I've recently went from clearomizers to pre-punched Smok 2.0 carto's and tank for a month or so. My first juice in a carto was from Heather's Heavenly Vapes (a bunch of different one's, they were on the sweet side), and everything went smoothly. I was amazed at the flavor and satisfied with the vape. I told myself that I would never go to back to clearomizers. But then, something strange started happening...

I ordered some NET juice's from GoodeJuice and QuickNic, judging by the "NETty Awards" forum. I picked out mostly unsweet analog and pipe tasting juices. And for some reason, all of these flavors are fine at first, but after about 10-20 puffs start tasting weird. It's hard to describe, but it becomes chemically/soapish in taste. I'm guessing I'm burning the bottom of the carto.

Now, at first I thought I didn't prime the carto good enough, so I filled up the last one, let it stand to make sure the juice got all the way to the bottom. Same thing, wonderful taste in the beginning, which turns to become the same tasting after about 20 puffs.
These aren't that VG-rich, mostly 30%, some 50% VG juices. What the heck is going on??? It's as if all of the juices become the same horrible taste after a couple puffs!

I vape these at around 3.8-4.0, the carto's are 2.0ohm 2-hole-pre-punched single coil Smoktech's on a Spinner. I've always used them. HHV was good in them, GoodeJuice and QuickNic don't work for some reason.

Another thing I noticed, is that once the taste goes bad, the carto still makes a noise past the time I let go of the ON button. So it burns past the time I shut it off by about a second or two.

Someone please tell me they had this issue in the past, what the heck is going on?!

UPDATE: Ordered some Ikenvape Punch! Platinum LR cartos, and the pre-punched holes on those are HUGE! Alas, the QuickNic Proudest Monkey I filled it up with vapes fine, but usually dries out on the top too soon. I tried inhaling faster, but it still seems to dry up quick.

How do you smoke these NET's through carto tank configurations???

Like cream soda or redpop or something like that. It must be the non-NET flavoring portion of this non-aromatic A+ mix. I've never encountered pink tobacco in the wild.

That's a great description! That or just a creamy element to the flavor profile. Redpop, cream soda; that's up to the individual.

I'm glad ya'll are diggin' on the SB. It's flavor profile doesn't change. It gets more intense; richer, more complex. If you dig it fresh, you'll love it with some age.

SGP was going to be in my next purchase, which I was already planning before this first batch arrived. I split up my order to get more free samples. I was also going to get some Sahara, more SC (thanks for the sample Mann), and possibly Caribbean Blend.

I'm not versed running NETs through cartos, but I'm sure the issue is the coil being gunked up quick by them. For the most part cartos just don't do well with NETs, or other sweet, dark, or thick juices.

I'm only aware of one person who had success with cartos from this thread, and that was with a specific, dual coil carto. And I believe she has totally moved on from them.

I tried a dark NET in a carto once, it tasted good for about 10 vapes and then downhill quickly.

No offense, but when the hell did I send you SC? OMG! I need to take billherbst style notes. Whenever I did, I am soooo happy you liked it. Did I send.........wait a minute........did I send you the XPress bottle?

No offense taken. My first impressions post may have sounded like I'm dropping them totally. I was more looking for some guidance based on my impressions. SGP and Honey Cured may get ordered tomorrow instead of Caribbean Blend.
