No offense taken. My first impressions post may have sounded like I'm dropping them totally. I was more looking for some guidance based on my impressions. SGP and Honey Cured may get ordered tomorrow instead of Caribbean Blend.

If Cherries is too much bacco, SGP MAY be also, but maybe not, and the peach is just oh so good.

I split up my order to get more free samples.

Come on! That's just dishonest. You know that those are not samples. They're just 10 mL bottles. Don't do that and call those samples.:laugh::laugh:

My orders are never over 22 bucks. LOL. And I get free shipping.:sneaky::lol:

Yeah, like Bronze said, there are benefits to being an A+ enthusiast.

When that's the smallest size they offer, I consider them samples. Really big samples. That effectively give you 30% off. Very handy when exploring a new vendor.

I LIKE that logic!

Sort of reminds me of my husband trying to convince me that buying a 67 Mustang Convertible in mint condition is really an INVESTMENT!
Yeah....riiiiiiiiggggghhhhht.

(btw, that one didn't fly, so now he's working on a 67 Corvette that he just KNOWS I'll LOVE.)

I'm not versed running NETs through cartos, but I'm sure the issue is the coil being gunked up quick by them. For the most part cartos just don't do well with NETs, or other sweet, dark, or thick juices.

I'm only aware of one person who had success with cartos from this thread, and that was with a specific, dual coil carto. And I believe she has totally moved on from them.

I tried a dark NET in a carto once, it tasted good for about 10 vapes and then downhill quickly.

I agree for the most part. Some of Wlads NETs are so clear, like the River Trees, House Blends and 1 or maybe two more and Sahara, I wouldn't hesitate running those in a carto tank for several large 6ml Phiniac tanks. Now the darker stuff, maybe even SC would gunk up the works fast. Maybe even after only 2-3ml.

Hopefully you didn't search around you house too much looking for it.

LOL

I almost did.

One time when the Ahlusion thread was home, I misplaced (still yet to be found) a 30 mL of Smooth Criminal. If I ever find it, it will be incredibly steeped. W read that post (he used to read that thread) about my goofiness in losing a bottle like that (a 30 mL lost?) and one day in the mail, a new, free 30 mL appeared. A blue cobalt glass 30 mL bottle, plastic sealed, shrink bubble-wrapped, in a popcorn padded box of my own. A reward for my goofiness? Nope. Just a vendor looking out for his customer. Why do I buy from that guy? I'll never understand it.

Blue Fairy is the gunkiest, darkest of all his liquids. CARTO KILLER! j/k

Uh, that's quite the wise investment!!!! If he can get it for a great price!!!! I have a '68 Camaro Z/28 (a real one!). I bought it when I was 18 for $15,000 fully restored half assed. I've re done the resto, kept it up with maintenance and drive it once a week. It's not all numbers matching, so not technically 'mint', even though it's done right and there are no issues (except the battery needs to stay on a trickle charger), I've still watched it gain ~185% value in the 11 years I've had it.

It's far from stock, too. 350CI bored .060 over with a 400CI crank and 6" rods (383 cubic inch stroker), cammed, ported/polished heads, oversize valves, titanium valve retainers (fully built bottom and top end) long tube headers, ignition and fuel system to keep up with the new motor, Richmond transmission, full cage, racing seats, and harnesses. 4.10 gears and a spool. Hasn't affected the value at all.

It can be a wise decision. You just have to watch the market for a year or two. Classic cars cycle. Today's $20k 66 Mustang may be next years $5k 66 Mustang in the same condition.

Oh, this post reminds me of something else I read tonight:

It just has a ton of modifications. Completely rebuilt motor for a lot more power (every part in the engine). A new transmission to handle the power. A rear differential to handle the power. A rollcage because I take it to the track and it's fast enough that I'm required to have a cage, racing harnesses, 5 point harness (across your lap, one over each shoulder and another strap between your legs (crotch strap) that all buckle in to a circular buckle). Converted from carbuerated to fuel injection (don't have to worry about re-tuning for different weather, more power, more reliable). Switched from mechanical fuel delivery and spark timing to electric/digital.

A lot of work, but I love building hot rods and restoring cars. When I'm finished with this I'm going to do a '68 Pontiac TransAm or a 70's split bumper Camaro Z/28 but with a modern Corvette motor.

I can't not have a bike or car project. Although I prefer cars. I don't ride much.

Thanks for your posts Shatner. He is like you. His last car project was a 67 Chevelle. Our teenage son is pulling for a 67 Camaro, ironically.
I will PM you with any follow up questions, so I don't get accused of being a thread

Okay. I remember. I tell you, this baby does a number on my memory. I have a great short term memory right now, but middle term? Nope. A month is like 6 and 2 months is a year.

Time will no longer behave in a predictable manner. It will be easier if you resign yourself to that fact now. The infancy stage is like a long, plodding slog through a wide swamp - you're exhausted, but there's no place to sit down, and the sameness of the scenery makes it impossible to gauge the distance in either direction. About the time she starts sitting up on her own, you will emerge from the swamp into the Valley of Firsts, which I believe is actually some sort of wormhole to the future - five or six years will go by, and you won't be able to account for all of that time. Don't even try. From there on, such wormholes are randomly and secretly dispersed throughout the landscape. "I can't believe she's __________ already," will become the most frequently repeated phrase in your vocabulary. And then one morning, before you notice that she has stopped sleeping with her snuggles, you will look up and realize that it's the summer before her freshman year of high school, and that may make you so sentimental that you post a long, off-topic ramble about it on some forum or another.
