Hey everyone,

I picked up two Zelos 2.0 kits the other day which comes along with the new Nautilus 2S tanks. The coils included in the kit are the 1.8 and .4 The 1.8 works great, I've ran at least 3 tanks full through it, no issues whatsoever! The .4 coil...that's a different story!

For some reason, juice leaks from the .4 coil, into the air flow and out it pours all over the bottom of the tank and drips down the sides of the mod. I don't know what the deal is with this but I'm very disappointed that this kind of thing is still going on in 2019!

I'm running 70VG/30PG juice, worked fine in the 1.8 so not sure why it would be a problem with the .4 coil. 70VG is pretty standard these days.

I have a feeling I'm going to be putting these kits up for sale, I can't deal with this leaking crap!

I use 70 vg too. The 0.4 coil leaked for me first time I used it - turned out I hadn't fully screwed in the coil so when I first refilled it it flooded. Haven't had any leaks since. Sounds patronising but have you tried dismantling it and trying again with a new coil? Also overfilling nautilus tanks, it's easy to do but they really don't like it in my experience...

I often find the coils that come with tanks in general have variable quality. If I get a new tank I always buy a pack of coils at the same time. I agree with @Tabac man though, I prefer the 0.7 coils. I wouldn't sell the tanks too soon, sometimes it takes a while to break them in etc

Everyone gets a bum head every now & then.
Sooner or later It happens to everyone that uses replaceable coil head type delivery devices.
Even though it is rare now days compared to just a year or so ago from time to time you gotta expect it from rapidly mass produced cheap products, cheap as in the replacement heads not the 'tank'.

Sounds like you had a problem with one specific head & no problems with the others.

The nautilus 2s is about as easy to use & leak free as vaping gets.
Never heard of another report / complaint about an N2S leaking if the head is installed correctly & o rings /seals are in place, which yours obviously are considering you've had no other head you've tried leak.

See around the 9-10 minute mark. I don't know if this is the same for the 2S but I use Vic's method when filling my Nautilus 2 and have almost no issues with leaking.

I had the Nautilus 2 and it was a horrible tank when it came to refilling it. You had to remove the ENTIRE top of the tank and there was nothing to grip to remove it, it would cut up my fingers and everything. I sold that thing in a heartbeat!

I'm not overfilling the tank, I fill it all the way to wear the glass meets the top part of the metal oval cut and then I stop. Obviously, I use the top fill method by opening up the very top of the tank and sliding it back. I'm going to give it some more play with the .7 mesh before making a decision. However like I said, the 1.8 works perfectly, however the draw is just too tight for me (even with the wider airflow opened up) I feel like I'm sucking thru a tiny coffee straw. The lower ohm coils work so much better air wise.

My suggestion was Vic's method of holding the tank upside down for the last turn.
