I recently ordered a Subtank nano to go along with my i stick 30w and replace my Evod tanks (not evod 2). I've seen a lot of positive reviews of the nautilus mini. I compared my evod tanks to the Naut. Mini and the Subtank nano and didn't see the advantage of the Naut. Mini over the Subtank nano. The nano has larger liquid capacity, is shorter height-wise, has variable airflow like the Naut mini, and can sub ohm (or not)

While the Naut. Mini is in fact thinner than the kanger nano, both the mini and nano are thinner than the stick 30w, hence neither will make the entire device (I stick+glassizer) less able to fit in a pocket/case/breast pocket. I'm really interested in seeing why the Naut. mini seems to get more love than the sub tank nano. I'm not looking to start a ford/chevy argument, but totally get if that's what it comes down to (Fords are better, FYI)

I've attached a pic of the evod/Naut mini/and kanger nano all together. Looking forward to everyone's thoughts and thanks in advance for your thoughts and input.

I have 2 Nautilus Minis and 2 Subtank Nanos and I find I like them both pretty well equally. The Nautilus seems more solidly built with thicker glass which must be why it has a smaller capacity. I run 1.2ohm coils in the Nanos as I'm a mouth to lung guy and I find the vapor production fairly equal between the two types of tanks. I have a iStick 30w and I run the Minis at 10w-11w and the Nanos at 14w-15w.

I'd say the Nano is a little sleeker and modern looking and the Mini has a retro sort of look but they're both great little tanks.

I used to use these tanks before i moved to RDA

The Nautilus mini is geared toward mouth to lung pull as it has more choice of restricted airflow. The subtank nano has a much larger airflow and can pull quite amount of vapor lung-hit on its 0.5 ohm coil. So it depends on what style u prefer to inhale. Both have nice decent flavor if set properly.

As for the looks i like the subtank nano better. its more "now", less curves, simple. Pair it with a Joyetech Ego One battery and u got a little stealth tank machine.

I never like the look of nautilus mini drip tip, plain hideous in my opinion. Like an old shisha tip. Got the nautilus as a gift. The very next week i gave it to someone else :) I still keep my nano. ;)

Thanks for all the replies. For those that compared the tanks in terms of vaping mouth-to-lung vs. direct lung hits, can you tell me what features of a tank make it more conducive to better M2L hits vs direct lung hits?

Mouth to lung, higher ohm coil, lower wattage, less air flow (AFC), optional narrower drip tip.. = Tighter draw. Alongside this, usually a higher nic content (Personal preference)

Direct Lung hit, lower ohm coil, more wattage, more air flow (AFC usually wide open), big bore drip tip = Airy draw, more vapour. Lower nic contect (Pretty much a must) and usually a higher VG ratio. (Again, Personal Preference but lung hitting high PG results in a massive throat hit)
