Instead of boring the heck out of all the non-sports folks on the Big Thread, I thought we should start a thread dedicated to the NCAA tournament.

So, here you go. Have at it.

My Sooners lost to San Diego State last night, so I have no rooting interest left in the tourney, but I'll still watch it.

I was looking through the brackets to see who else I could root for and it occurred to me that, unless I'm mistaken, no team from the state of Texas even went to the tournament this year. Wonder how long it's been since that happened.

Dang Memphis is giving GT heart failure. They were getting killed a few minutes ago but are back within three. GT's sphincter is getting a workout.

Well the Big 10 has 2 into the sweet 16. No complaints here. My West bracket is dead, completely. Midwest and and East are still as predicted.

It's always disappointing when you get that last loss, and every year there's only one team that doesn't get a last loss, but 31-5 is a great year for any team. I'm proud of them.

Yep, that was a great year. And they lost to a very good team. Just be glad you're not a Georgetown or New Mexico fan.

They would have had a hard time dealing with Mich St regardless, but they decided to have their worst shooting game of the year just to make it interesting.

Georgetown and New Mexico completely blew up my bracket.

Yeah, and there is something to be said when you get spanked bad in your last game. There's no blaming the refs, no ifs, woulda, coulda's, or shoulda's. It's over.

I just remember the monster years when Memphis was a 1 or 2 seed. Didn't quite win out like they were supposed to though.

Louisville had no issues as expected and Oregon, the completely mis-seeded 12 seed won easily. Course I had St. Louis winning

I wonder if anyone has a bracket that is not completely in shambles by now.
