You can order liquid that has equivalent levels (or higher) than reported for combustible cigs. Yet, research by people on the forum and one published paperhttp://www.healthnz.co.nz/2010 Bullen ECig.pdf suggests that the absorption of nicotine by vaping may be only 10-40% of that of absorption of nicotine when smoking. So people are probably getting the less nicotine than they would by smoking, even if the nicotine concentration in the juice appears to be higher. Without inhaling carcinogens and poisons from smoke. The levels of nicotine that I most often see people reporting using are certainly higher than those in approved NRTs, but that's likely why e-cigs work and NRTs don't.
