We thought we were getting somewhere with my problem. Joe made me a french vanilla flavor that I could actually taste. I had switched to a carto for a couple days so my husband could take a look at my vivinova tank since i was having some problem with misfires and a funky almost metallic taste. I switched back to my tank yesterday afternoon and gave my carto to a friend who had lost her e-cig. I was doing fine with the tank for a few hours. then i set it down for a bit and when i came back to it the flavor was gone and the metallic taste was back. I've have tried putting my tank on his twists to see if a higher power would work. nothing. i can always taste his flavors in his agati and he can taste mine just fine in my vivinova. I'm bout to go back to cartos to see if that helps again.

Sue....sorry for not chiming in earlier....not that I have anything earth shattering, but more along the lines of "sorry" for not welcoming you into the group properly......my bad.

My one and only piece of input....might sound like voodoo...but give it a shot. Virtually no $$ involved.
Rinse, gargle and spit with warm salt water when the "no flavors" attack.

I had done the salt water thing for other reasons, but found it made flavors pop.....maybe this will help.

We were in a little tourist trap burg called HELLEN. We were about 40 miles from the wedding sight(all inclusive resort...$400 rooms...beautiful, but OL Hawk doesn't spend $400 to sleep....youknowwhatimsayin??)

Eh, i went back to cartos for now. ~Shado~ and Roc said to try a swig of hard alchohol but i don't have any. I don't drink anymore. I might try both. Otherwise my husband is going to try making a second flavor for me to switch to every other day. Maybe I just get used to the flavors too quick. But now I have to figure out why I get a metallic taste off my tank too. I swear I can't win!
