Eh.....yeah. Throat still hurts....waiting on a script for thrush....and an ace inhibitor....and probably a cholesterol med.
Dr appointment today....again.
Stress test Friday. Cancelled the last one when I fubared my ribs.
Follow up visit next Wednesday......BUT.....dr finger recommended not going back to work till Monday. I love this girl...ALOT.
I didn't argue. First time in my life. 5 years ago I would have been back today struggling through. Screw it. I'm probably in the shape I am today because I've always put work ahead of my health.

I'm doing alright. Had to work my ... off today.....probably the rest of the week......haven't had any vicodin since last night......doesn't really hurt......part of the stitches are coming out and tickling my throat......
This Dr. Finger lady sounds like she knows her stuff.......you should do whatever she says! You really need to worry about your health more.......can't work if you ain't healthy.....you getting plenty of rest?? You better be taking it easy!
Gotta love Dr. Finger! Sounds like someone straight out of a Bond flick.. It's just too bad this is why you are taking a week off from work. Probably would have rather had it been an actual vacation or something. Thrush sucks.. Did you get that from the constant puking?

Puking and extremely high blood sugar is the guess. Mama bears and bb birds wanted me to go to the hospital......probably should have.
Was thinking today that had I been in a hotel somewhere I probably would be dead. Saturday I literally would wake up just enough to throw up and the pass right back out. Mama bears was checking my blood sugar while I slept and was freaking out when it hit 500. She forced me up and I realized that I had ripped my infusion out. I injected with a syringe and put in a new one but it takes a new one a while to take hold. Blood sugar got nearly to 600.....
Think I'm going to use this to get my ... off the road. I've hated for years. Going to relate all of this to the owner next week.
Other than that.....I'm hungry.....throat is getting better....but I'm HUNGRY.

Damn, baby.. Sounds like some ride! I'm glad you are getting back to "normal", hope you just keep getting better! Hope the owner sees it your way. From what you have told me, that is going to be a bit of a battle.

Might have to bunk up with veal and Sasha for a while. It's been an eye opener for sure.
The owner is cool and they have diabetes in the extended family...and it's his wife's froo froo cause to socialite over so I don't see a big problem there. My dumbass boss and his will be the two that are going to get all frowney about it. Frack em....don't care. I'm not dying for this job. Push comes to shove I'll start looking elsewhere.....harder than I am already.

Dang, sugar......you had it rough! I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better though! Sounds like a smart move to get off the road......wouldn't have been good if you hadn't been home. Good luck with the owner! I'm sure you can persuade them!
I've spent the last 2 nights researching football helmets for the boy......think I've narrowed it down to the xenith x2 and the riddell 360......told Becky I don't care how much it cost, just want to get the best for him. The 2012 x2 only received 3 stars from the Virginia Tech Helmet Ratings, but the 2013 version received 5 stars, the riddell 360 also received 5 stars.....hate making decisions like this........but I guess no matter how you look at it any helmet I buy will be better than the one he had last year.......just want to make sure I do all I can to help prevent a concussion while still allowing him to play!

Pitt, when you having this mesh wick building class? I think I need to try a mesh wick again.....I'm trying to up my vg content and I'm at 60pg/40vg right now and my wire rope doesn't seem to keep up very well with it.....want to go 50/50 soon.......trying to see if it will help stop the breakouts I've been having on my back....
