Hiya, Hawk!

Yeah, it's a basic Trustfire charger. I get to upgrade in March though!

Sup baby? How you doing tonight?

If you get to upgrade....I really recommend the pila.
When I put my batts in the pila the say "ah" and :)....
So far it has been a great charger. The 18650's come off at 4.1 every time.
If it did my 3.0 volt lifepos as well I would be golden. The 3.0 volt charger I got from super-t has been impressing me so far as well.
Yay for me:D....
I deserve some good karma....just because.

Not sure what you got there bud. Never heard of EH....
Still...12 hours is way to long.
My opinion would be...sub-standard batt.....or
Done charging/green light on charger is kaput...or
Charger not doing its job.

Have you put a multimeter on the batt just prior to putting it in the charger, then pulling it off every half hour or so and track what's going on?

Haven't put a multimeter on it. My meter went kaput a couple months ago and I haven't gotten a new one yet.

I could just pull it and put it in my zmax to check it....

I would guess the problem is the charger. Both my batts are taking that long and Joe's 3000mah batt has been on for over 12 hours now

I think you should just borrow Pitts Vari and new batts and call it a day!
No need to go through all of this......

You're welcome.

That is a great idea.....he is such a great guy that he wouldn't mind.....right, Pitt??

It's a shame that the Pila doesn't have a 3.2 setting on it. Yeah, I figured either the Pila or the XStar..

Not much, figured out my issues with the Provari and batteries..How you doin'?

I would pull them after 7 hours and give it a check. But it sounds like your charging light isn't changing, or your batteries are getting moved around while on there and causing it not to read.

There you go.
Who knows. A bad batt is one thing, but when you throw a charger issue in there also it can become very frustrating.
You need to determine if either(batt or charger) is kosher, then go from there.
I've had times when both have been suspect and that can just lead to a whole bit of tail chasing....
Get ahold of a known good batt to try in the charger...or a known good charger to try with the batt.
If I were closer, or if I had a gallon of appleshine, I'm sure I could help:D

I've got 8 quarts sitting here waiting for you guys! Although Becky informed me that we will have 10 kids staying with us next weekend......so I probably won't have any left after that!

I'm good.
Mamma bears and I went to Charlestons with our son tonight. We had a $100 gift card and still had an $80 bill.....
But it was very good.
