Wow, that really kind of sucks! If WL wasn't so awesome and didn't have such great prices I would never buy from them again...

I'm just worried that with the fda scare WL is gonna open back up and the same thing will happen again....hopefully he gets the staff in place and can start handling the large number of orders!

Ya, cause it look like they let people order until there supply of nicotine ran out, so that means even after they caught up they still need to reorder more nicotine before then can take more orders. Wow its gonna be a month before you all get get an order in, damn.

I think that is part of the problem they are awesome, they expanded their store at the worst possible moment, tax season so people have extra income, the FDA scare on the regulation of ecigs, plus there damn good prices.

If I had known it was gonna be this bad I would have ordered the day they opened up....instead of thinking I would just wait till the weekend

I still don't think there is much they can do to the nic, except tax the crap out of it. maybe require "further testing" which will, in turn, drive costs up..

I can see the taxing, but they could ban the sale of it to consumers also or in the small amounts we purchase it. Make it so you have to buy at minimum barrels of it or something.

Well, seeing as how it is already FDA "controlled", I don't foresee a ban. On top of that, DIYers are still in the minority and pose no threat to other consumers. There would be no justification for prohibiting the sale of smaller quantities to private buyers. Granted, we are talking about the US government.. anything goes with them, especially when it means padding their wallets

120 ml 36mg nicotine at rts vapes is only 10.95 compared to WL 8.79 so its a bit of a price difference but if your desperate they are not backlogged.

and from what i have read they are highly reviewed

36mg is a little low for my liking.. Again, like you said, if you are desperate..

Technically the fda can't tax it...right? They can only regulate it? I can see them trying to figure out a way to ban the sale of it to regular consumers....and not being able to have flavors or bottles of liquid.....only prefilled carts. I know they can't ban the flavors if you diy because they are regular food grade flavors....but it's gonna really suck if nobody can buy bottles of liquid anymore.

Personally i see them expanding the tobacco tax to also include anything derived from tobacco which would include nicotine extract... however i see that causing issues as some organic farmers use nicotine as a pesticide on plants. I see it more plausible that they ban the premade nicotine juice from the us companies. possibly if they want to get down right evil all ecig components that are not mass produced like the stick style ones from njoy and blu

I think the price difference for 100mg 500ml was $20...I'd rather spend $20 on more flavors....but I may end up having to resort to rts.

If I remember right, blu only sells prefilled cartos. I'm guessing lorilard knows more about what the fda is gonna do than we do. Otherwise wouldn't they have also gotten into ego style batteries and selling their own bottles of liquid instead of selling Johnson creek

Why couldn't they tax it? They can tax anything they want to, especially if they aren't making anything off of it and it poses a threat to the sale of their products (which are taxed out the rump). Yeah, they couldn't touch flavorings, maybe just availability.
