I agree completely...but I bet we see sweeping changes trying to be implemented.

No idea.. Same ol', same ol' I suppose. I will play their game and get some batts from there, but I wont be able to order until Tuesday. So in the meantime..I can make it work, just don't want to do it like that for long. Going to fiddle with the spring and maybe re-coil it and re-seat it again, to see if I cant get anything. Will probably end up ordering another spring as well.
Yup, a saber is still on my radar.. Dunno if I will be able to swing a "bulk" nic purchase soon..but usually they don't implement that for a while after ruling on it.
Eh...by bulk I'm talking a litre for me and that's not real outrageous...I'll probably just do it.

Wouldn't think so..Both sets work in my other PVs.. It's just in the Provari, they don't even make the LED blink while screwing on the extension cap. My flat-tops work right away with a spacer, so I'm thinking it's either the spring; the extension cap is slightly too long; or the positive terminal in the Provari sits higher than it should. I'll be even more dumbfounded if the batteries I order from there work and the same ones from ST dont.

Torn between that and the ac9, but the buzz on the ac has kinda subsided. Not heard anything bad about it but...

My shoes aren't big...I have dainty little feet. I'll still be haunting here.
I honestly don't know yet. It could be the spring, the extension cap (maybe a mm or 2 over spec?), or the positive post in the unit..The only way I think I would be able to tell for certain, is to bisect the extension cap so I can view what is going on in there. Provape seems to want to start with me purchasing their batteries, rather than just swapping out a brand new cap for another brand new cap..
Think I read somewhere that they were going to be doing some modifications to the AC9 soon. Not sure if any would be due to a flaw, or just to appease/improve
Oh, and don't feel dumb.. There are new PVs and the like coming out all of the time. It's sometimes hard to keep track of everything.
