The original poster asked for a high quality cartotank. He also has a low total post number, so I'm going to assume he is relatively new. For those reasons alone, I wouldn't recommend a Genesis type atty tank. That is for a more advanced vapor.
The
Smoktech DCT tanks are a good place to start out with cartomizer tanking. The endcaps are metal, the tubing is polypropylene which is safe for use with all juices (no worries about cracking or melting). Available in 3.5ml and 6ml juice capacities. Both use the XL size cartomizers, either single or dual coil will work.

You can get a high quality pyrex tank quite cheaply (less than $25) from
OCD at
IBTanked Home
Glass tube can be ordered to fit either standard size cartomizers or XL size. Clear tubes or painted. Three styles of stainless steel endcaps or several colors of acrylic endcaps. These tanks are slimmer than most tanks, so look better on devices that are of slim form. Juice capacity is under 2ml.

My three OCD pyrex tanks with acrylic endcaps on Silver Bullet, Provari, and BB. Also, a pic of a painted tube from website.(click to enlarge)
If you need a larger pyrex tank, the Tripple V pyrex tanks from
Valley View Vapes Triple V Pyrex Economy Tanks are larger capacity and wider, so will look nice on a large mod like a Bolt or Silver Bullet. 4ml and 7ml capacity. Clear or frosted glass available. Also a side screw filler hole available. These tanks come with a standard silicone grommet and no endcap; you can use them this way but you will need to fill them by inserting a needle between the cartomizer and grommet - sort of a hassle. I can only recommend these tanks if the accessory aluminum endcaps are also ordered so that filling is the same as normal carto tanks. The 4ml size tank uses standard size cartos, the 7ml size uses the XL size cartos.

I also highly recommend getting the
tank accessory tool from Big Daddy Vapor to protect o-rings and aid in assembling and filling your cartotank:
