Hi everyone.

Just recieved my e-cig kit from Vapor King.

A friend sent one home for me to try a couple weeks ago, and I thought to myself, I just may be able to use these.

At this point, I don't really want to give up analogs altogether, but that may come with time.

Can't remember what flavor I tried then, but it was pretty good.

I smoked Marlboro Reds for years, and ordered the Kamel cartomizers as well as the Cowboy. Have to say I'm not in love with either of those flavors now that I've tried them. They both seem to have a very sweet taste.

Can anyone recommend a good flavor that Vapor4Life sells?

Thanks for your help.

YOu'll find there are a lot of 'slightly sweet' tobaccos out there - in some its partly because the carreir liquids have a faint sweetness. I don't know much about V4L liquids but if you get your post count a little higher (5) you can post on the V4L thread on the suppliers forums OR the requests for opinions sub forums and ask the V4L users what they like.
I have heard that the Wyatt flavor from Backwoods Brew is supposedly a good tobacco flavor but I haven't tried that company yet myself. Check out the E Liquids reviews threads for 'fill your own' liquids (cartos can be re-filled and it often works out cheaper).

You'll never find a eliquid that tastes like a cigarette, and here's why...part of the taste we receive is because of the very act of BURNING. Nothing to burn in an ecig. Therefore, VERY difficult to find a liquid that TRULY tastes like a cigarette.

BUT, that being said, there are a lot of VERY good flavors out there. Backwoods Brew has some VERY good tobacco flavors and, after a while, you'll be just as nuts as the rest of us and you'll be comparing the taste of your key lime pie flavored eliquid to that crap the diner sells that you have to actually CHEW to enjoy. ;)

All that being said, and I'm NOT interested in receiving flame mail here, V4L's flavors, for A LOT of people, leave a LOT to be desired....:nah:

One of the really nice things about vaping is you are not locked into tobacco or menthol flavors. When I first started that's all I wanted, now, I have 4 PV in front of me, vanilla, blueberry, strawberry, and hazelnut. To me, tobacco flavor is just plain boring now.

I can't really recommend any of V4L flavors as I haven't tried any of them, but on your next order include apple or watermelon or just something a little different. You might be surprised how good that can taste. Or if you want to save a few bucks, pick a juice vendor and get a bottle of juice and start refilling some of your cartos. Might just bring your vaping up a level!

Hi Stevie, Flavors are difficult because 'good' is so personal and subjective. What's good to me may be horrible to you... That said, I smoked Marlboro red 100s and to me v4l Dunhall is yucky in a satifying sort of way. I keep some in case the urge for an analog hits. I didn't like Cowboy or Kamel either. My favorites now are wow peppermint and wowboy.

Hey Stevie!

As has been mentioned, I'm pretty sure the "perfect tobacco juice" doesn't exist. It's impossible to replicate the true taste of a cigarette without burning stuff.

That said, there are some good juices out there that have a certain tobacco-ish essence.

Wyatt Earp by FreedomSmokeUSA is very good. As is Applewood by Backwoods brew. I love them both to pieces. No, neither of them taste just like a cigarette - in fact the Applewood is very hard to categorize. But they're very well-made juices.

I'm kind of with Domino - I don't care for most Vapor4Life juices. Not my thing.

I think there's better and brighter out there. The two companies I mentioned above do all their mixes to order, by hand, and it shows in their products. I've never had a bad juice from them. Even flavors I didn't think I'd like, I did.

VaporBomb and Tasty Vapor are also very highly regarded, although I have limited experience with them.

I also enjoy MyFreedomSmoke - they do a very comprehensive set of cigarette flavors. My first juice was their Lucky Strike blend. Is it like smoking a Lucky Strike? No. But I did get that reminiscent "toasted" flavor.

But there are so many flavors out there that I hardly touch it anymore. I bought a 20ml bottle about 2 months ago, and I vape 2ml a day. I still have about 7ml left of that bottle, because I've moved on to non-tobacco flavors.

Right now, I'm vaping Chocolate Banana from FreedomSmokeUSA. :vapor:

Favorite: Wow Peppermint
Next: Wow peppermint mixed with Wowboy (maybe my new favorite)
Next: Wowboy

First post, 11 days analog free :toast:. I've tried several flavors, and wasn't ecstatic about them until I got peppermint. Then started running low, so I went to Wowboy, then mixed them. I've enjoyed the blanks more than the pre-filled.

I see on another thread they now have a new Wowboy/Mint mix. How funny, because I was just coming here to see if anyone was mixing those flavors and tried to post there. Alas, I'm still a newbie.

Flavors....for me, what i thought i would love..i didnt.

Something i thought i never would want to vape, i like.

Try different flavors from different vendors....when you find that precious 3 or 4 that you really like, it will help you stick with the vaping.

I like strong flavors, peppermint is one of my favorites. Also, most people like cinnamon flavors.

Hope this helps !

Dunhall does not have a sweet taste.
I prefer cowboy and camel although Dunhall was my first purchase B/C I loved Dunhill Fine Cut cig.'s ( before they went to FSC which ruined them).

I remember not ordering it again. But it wasn't bad, just not sweet at all to me.
I could taste chocolate in the Hilton....but probably no one else can ( I don't like chocolate either).
I am having a hard time finding things I like perhaps b/c I am a picky analog smoker...and eater...and coffee drinker...and now vapor.

God I miss those Dunhill Fine cut cig.'s ( w/o the FSC crap)
