Need advice for a new tank!

Hey guys, I've just been introduced into vaping, so I went out and got a piece of junk voodoo vaporizer, I think it cost $20 for a charger, battery, and a ce4 tank. I've recently been having issues with a burning taste or a dry hit when I vape. I've tried everything, and now I'm just looking at new tanks/cartomizer that would work with my battery (screw on) and have around $15 to spend.. Any suggestions?

Quick question (after I say Welcome!)

Have you changed the coil on your CE4? Depending on how much you've been vaping, it's possible that your coil is gunked and needs cleaned or replaced.

Beyond that, I actually like the Kanger Mini ProTank 2. It's a single, bottom coil, and it's really easy to either dryburn or rebuild if you have the know-how. I've seen them under $10. I like it because it's glass and easy to take apart to clean. Others recommend the Davide, Aspire Vivi Nova, Smok ARO among others (for your price-point)

I've tried a cartomizer, and while the flavor is really nice, I don't care for the overly tight draw. Can't seem to find the happy medium where I feel like the carto tank is seated well on my mod and sufficient airflow. I see a lot of folks who swear by cartos, but they're just not for me. YMMV

This may sound stupid, but as I said before I'm new to this, but how can you clean a coil on a cart?

I just purchased a Kanger Mini Protank 3 which is a dual coil and a Kanger Evod Twist and have been extremely satisfied with it. It was a pretty cheap upgrade from my Halo Triton. I really enjoy the Kanger products so maybe upgrade even though you just bought your setup.

That is what i am looking do, I just don't have the money right now. Once all the snow melts ill start working and I'm hoping to get a mod

Depending on the thread on your battery u could just upgrade the tank. I personally like the pyrex tanks because you can use any flavor and they r pretty cheap on MBV.

Its a 510 thread, I already tried a new no name brand tank with different wicks than the one I first had and still had a burning taste issue the minute I got it, would getting a new higher end tank solve my problem, or is the voltage on the battery too high?
