Currently having a kbox platinum & my voltage stays the same at 3.30v.
However, whenever I fire, it turns from 3.30 volts to 0.00 volts immediately and my battery flashes 10x.
I would like to know if it is a battery problem or coil problem. Please help.

What's the ohms of the coil you are using?

Have you tried recharging the battery, and seeing if the same symptoms occur?

I'm vaping at 0.3 ohms with dual coil on velocity rda. Recharged the battery.
It's on fully bar, the only problem is when I hit the fire button, voltage drops to 0.00 and battery bar goes empty flashing 10 times. Please advice. I can't fire it.

The only time i have seen a battery icon disappearing and then flashing is when the battery is shot and needs a recharge . Follow what Baditude said about recharging.

Sounds like a bad battery. It doesn't appear to be holding a charge...

I'm also wondering if you have a short, and therefore the processor's protection circuitry is shutting itself down. Have you tried using another juice attachment on the KBox? Maybe a higher ohm coil?

Well, unfortunately I do not have other tanks or drippers with me right now. & my kbox plat is brand new, it's just that the battery was from a friend of mine which he didn't mentioned how long was it used. So I can't really figure out what's wrong here.

That (0.3 ohms, 3.3 volts) would want 11 Amps. Maybe the KBox is smart enough to know if you have a battery in there with degraded limits - or perhaps a battery that's only 10 amps in the first place.
Do you know what it IS?
If not - that's a likely suspect - get a good, new, 20-amp battery in there!

Hey, I'm also feeling it's battery problem.
