I am trying to determine the resistance values for 510 atomizers. Several folks have reported problems with the 510 passthroughs while others have reported that they work fine.
I did a workaround on my passthrough and it is fine now. What bothers me is that some work and some are marginal. I think the wildcard is the atomizer resistance. Have measured the 3 I have and found a range of 28-115 ohms.(But not before I reworked the passthrough)
If you have an ohmmeter and could measure your atomizer resistance, we may be able to see how big a spread they really have. Might also see, from a quick measurement, how well they will work.
If you could measure and report it. We might see a trend.
Example:
#1- 85 ohms-- work well with passthrough--ok vapor on batt.
#2- 200 ohms -- don't work well with passthrough--vapor fair on batt.
#3--20 ohms---works fine--good vapor--new atomizer.
Would like to get resistance even if you don't have a passthrough.
