Need emergency help with paying Liberty Flights - wont accept CC info at PayPal

I'm trying to purchase my first e-cig kit from Liberty Flights. I had read that Pay-Pal was not allowing e-cig companies to use them anymore. Imagine my surprise when I registered for Liberty Flights and when to the checkout - it went to pay-pal to get my info!

But paypal is not accepting the credit card ( it's a debit from mastercard) I KNOW this card is good and has tons of money on it.

I had to use the "pay as a pay-pal guest option because my pay pal account don't have funds in it.

I checked and re-cheaked the card info. Can someone please help me?

I don't see any other option to pay Liberty Flights with my credit card.

Oh.. there is a middle initial on the credit card.. but no place to put the middle initial on the credit card form ! Could this be the problem?

The problem could be that it's a debit card, but I'm pretty sure as long as it says visa or mastercard on it, it can be used as a credit card. So I doubt that. My guess is the problem is due to the guest account. I can tell you for sure that paypal will allow an e-cig purchase through them because I just made a purchase with Liberty Flights through Pay-pal the other day as well. It's ok if your Paypal account doesn't have any funds in it, you should be able to link your credit card directly to that account and pay with the card through paypal. That's what I always do.

To link your card to your account, all you should have to do is register your credit card through your pay pal account. To do this, first log into paypal under your account then hover over the "Profile" link and then click on "add or edit credit card" from the drop down menu. Then follow the instructions to add the card on that page. Try that and see if it works.

I'm sure that I used my PP balance.


what do you need help with? the card isn't working even with the "pay as a pay-pal guest option" ?

I have the same problem with my debit card with paypal plus some of the credit card processors that vendors use. It stinks. Sometimes using Safari or Google Chrome will allow a transaction to go through...I don't understand why internet explorer is such a problematic child.

Your right. I could do that tomorrow I suppose ( don't know what their business hours are like - I'm in USA and it's 1 am here) I just kinda wanted to get this done tonight cus I have dragged my feet for a week now looking at juices.

OK, John, It cost me 25 bucks to give you an answer. I've had problems getting my credit card run with Liberty Flights before on a couple occasions. I just went on and reviewed the payment section. The first box you need to click is the country box. United States. This activate all the rest of the boxes. The default is United kingdom/ Many people miss that. I know I do. I always put my middle initial in the first name box. I just ran 25 bucks for 3 boxes of boge 2.0lr cartos for my rivas just so I could have an answer for you. Also, you can't have too many cartos for the riva so it's money well spent. I'm sure you missed the country box. Good luck. Let us know when you have successfully placed your order. I know I'm following your saga closely.

I actually had just found the info. I didn't know they were in the USA. ( was thinking in China) Hopefully they keep stock in the US and the product will get here quickly. I'll call em tomorrow.

I dragged my feet researching the best bang for the buck cus I'm on a tight budget. I'm hoping to get unflavored juice for about 15 bucks for a 50 ML bottle so I can start the DIY and have enough juice to last 3 months at a time.

Instead I ordered a 30 Ml bottle of tobacco flavored juice for 17 bucks from Freedomsmokeusa. From Liberty Flights I'm getting the Riva 510 SE.

It could also be that the card isn't in your name. (did t I read that?). CC companies can be sticklers.

Actually, LF is UK based with a U.S. branch, and thus the reason that the credit card payment section tends to default to the UK. Abe might even be on soon since it's almost 7am there.

Hmm you got me stumped. Does the card holder have a paypal account you could use? Otherwise like others have said you might have to get in touch with support at Liberty Flights and possibly Paypal to get this sorted out tomorrow. Good luck John, know all about the tight budget. Spent about 3 weeks lurking before I even registered here then more time researching before placing an order. It really has been worth it for me. I got an ego-t from Cignot on Monday and haven't had and analog since my first vape! Juice is another thing that is a biggie. Got some wonderful samplers from Cignot just in case the juice I ordered from another company wasn't in by the time I got my PV. Good move since it took 2 add't days. In the end, it's really really worth the time and patience.

Never thought I could actually quit analogs and although I am only on day 5, I don't even really think about it Big thanks to e-cigs and the ECF community.

Make sure you are using Liberty-Flights.com and not Liberty-Flights.co.uk

And what is the exact error message you are getting? I had a problem once with a T-shirt site because somehow multiple versions of my address were in Paypal and one was incorrect and listed Spain as the country

You're gonna love the SE kit It has a higher volt output than a standard ego I love mine Liberty Flights has excellent customer svc and the best warranty I believe

I don't use PayPal, but I do use a debit card. Both my daughter and I have used debit cards to order and pay Liberty Flights, so I don't understand what the problem is. I also have a middle initial on my card, and I just put a space after my first name, then my MI with no period, all in the space that says first name. This seems to work for me. It may also want the 3 digit code on the back of your card. I hope you get it straightened out, and good luck!

Well I would not have used paypay if I saw another option on the webpage.. but when I tried to order, that's where it took me.. straight to paypal.

Is there another payment option using credit cards on the site that I'm missing?

It's 11:43 am here now. I called them around 10:30, 8:30 their time. I got the answering machine and left a message. I tried again at 11:00 and still no answer. I hope they call me back soon. The answering machine said last night that they open at 8 am so someone should be in the office I assume.
