waiting to hear from the lose mitigation department, I'm hoping I can get a forbearance for a couple months, if I can everything should work out. The yard sale was a bust but craigslist has been good, sold about $700 worth of stuff we will not really miss, have some people interested in some other things also so that is good.

I have decided not to stress so much about it, I know everything will work out (even if it is not how I want it too...lol) and there is no reason to be that stressed in my condition.

Thanks for asking :)

I was advised to try Craigs list for all Mikes big tools. We won't have space for them. Mike is just not into building anymore. I just need to keep him from selling off the smaller tools we can use! All the walls in the Tamapa house are cinderblock and the interior are heavily cement/plaster..they may as well be cinderblock.
Is it hard to do?

Nope not hard to do, you sign up for an account (you don't have to but it makes keeping track of things so much easier) and then you just list things like any ads, if you want you can put a phone number in them but if you are not comfortable with that, they have a feature where the person responds by e-mail and they do not get your e-mail addy till you write them back....
