Need help breaking this formula down to 30ml, 60ml & 120ml bottle for the % of the flavoring and not the ml.

70VG 30PG

1. Use a 1000 liter glass bottle

2. Add Flavor Concentrate in 1- 1 Gal. Bottle

Add: 250 ml of Fruit Circle

Add: 150 ml of Berry Crunch

Add: 50 ml of Sweetener

Add: 50 ml of Milk/Diary

Add: 100 ml of Bavarian Cream

Add: 15 ml of Mixed Berry

Add: 1800 ml of VG & PG mix

Add: 1000 ml of VG

7.3% Fruit Circle
4.4% Berry Crunch
1.5% Sweetener
1.5% Milk
2.9% Bavarian Cream
0.4% Mixed Berry
52.7% VG/PG "mix"(??)
29.3% VG

These are rounded a bit.
Total Flavoring is 18%
Percentages don't change with size of the bottle - that's kind of the point.
Can't tell what the overall PG/VG ratio is without knowing what your "mix" is...you'd more accurately recreate your VG/PG ratio by knowing the original's actual amount of PG and VG separately...

70VG 30PG

1. Use a 1000 liter glass bottle

Add: 1800 ml of VG & PG mix

...

Hi Avape TX2021. Welcome to the ECF.

What exactly is 1800ml of VG & PG mix ? I'm assuming it is a Nicotine Base so as to make a Non-Zero mg Flavored e-liquid.

If you are aiming for a 70% VG | 30% PG Finished Product, then it sounds like the "VG & PG Mix" needs to be about 77% VG | 23% PG.

Given the other known Quantities of VG and PG (assuming All the Flavorings are PG Based). And accounting for a Tad of Round Off and for Calculating the amount of Nicotine as part of the VG to PG Mix.

Let's Start by Writing Down Everything we Know...

Total Volume of the Finished Product: 3415ml
Total Amount of VG @ 70% of Finished Product: 2390m
Total Amount of PG @ 30% of Finished Product: 1024ml
Known added VG: 1000ml (29.3%)
Known added PG: 615ml (18.0%)
Total Amount of Known added VG & PG: 1615ml
Known "VG & PG Mix" Volume: 1800ml (52.7%)

---

Now let's Calculate what the "VG & PG Mix" should be made up of to Satisfy All the Known Stuff.

Because the Total Volume of the Finished Product is going to be 3415ml. And at 70% VG that would be 2390ml of VG. And you have added 1000ml when you added the Pure VG.

So 2390ml - 1000ml of VG = 1390ml of VG must come from the "VG & PG Mix".

Same with the PG. Total PG needs to be 1024ml and you have added 615ml of PG via the Flavoring.

So 1024ml - 615ml of PG = 409ml of PG

Hence the "VG & PG Mix" should be made up of 1390 of VG and 410ml (rounded Up 1ml to make things come out Even) of PG for a Total Volume of 1800ml.

1390 of 1800 = (Roughly) 77% and 410 of 1800 = (Roughly) 23%

Thus the "VG & PG Mix" is 77% VG | 23% PG. And is made up of 1390ml of VG and 410ml of PG. For a Total Volume of 1800ml.

Therefore, If you use 1800ml of 77% VG | 23% PG as your "VG & PG Mix", you will end up with a Final Product that has a 70%VG | 30%PG Ratio

---

I Can't say what the Nicotine mg/ml Level would be for the Finished Product? Because I don't know what the Nicotine mg/ml Level is for the "VG & PG Mix"?

But given that you are using 52.7% "VG & PG Mix", the Finished Product would have a Nicotine mg/ml level that is 52.7% of the Nicotine Level of the "VG & PG Mix". Or roughly 1/2 of the Nicotine Base used.

---

BTW - Someone should Double Check my Math. I Haven't that much Coffee yet.

LOL

Yes the mix is 70 VG/30 PG. Then whatever is needed is added to make the 70/30 if additional is needed.
So I need a math formula or calculator to breakdown a bunch of recipes this way. So I can also get the flavoring%.

    Here are 2 calculators.
    e - l i q u i d - r e c i p e s . c o m and https://alltheflavors.com/

Train2 gave you the flavor %'s. The way he did that is very simple. :)

(individual flavor quantity) / (total quantity) x 100.

You can do that for other recipes.
That's ALL you need to mix any recipe at YOUR quantity, VG/PG, and nic level WHILE USING THE CALCULATOR. ;)

I didn't do the math, but IMHO this was the nugget of Gold from his post

The calculators are NOT pre-mix friendly. Every drop of flavor or PG or VG added to the base DROPS that nic level and screws with the pre-mix values. If you don't really care about 70/30 or your final nic level pre-mixes are for you.

If a person doing DIY Isn't going to be Changing their PG|VG ratios, or Changing their desired Nicotine Levels, using "Pre-Mix" is about as Simple as it gets.

For anyone who Doesn't know... Making Pre-Mix is when I take a Nicotine Base that is a Higher Nicotine Level than what I want to vape and then Dilute it down to my Desired Nicotine Vape Level (or slightly Higher to account for to be added Flavoring) and a desired PG|VG level.

That way when I make a Flavored Mix, I just pour a given amount of Pre-Mix into a Bottle and Add Flavorings. Shake and That's It.

Of course, you can always buy Nicotine Base at your Desired Nicotine Vape Level and then do the same thing. But many prefer buying Nicotine Base at High Levels like 100mg/ml because it takes Less Space to store. Especially in a Freezer.

Anyway you do it though, the Percentage of the Final Volume of whatever you use that contains the Nicotine determines the Final Volume's Nicotine Level.

    Use 52.7% of a 100mg/ml PG & VG Mix, your Final Volume will be 52.7mg/ml (52.7% of 100mg/ml = 52.7mg/ml)
    Use 10% of a 60mg/ml Nicotine Base, your Final Volume will be 6mg/ml (10% of 60mg/ml = 6mg/ml)
    Use 85% of a 3.5mg/ml Pre-Mix, your Final Volume will be approximately 3mg/ml (85% of 3.5mg/ml = 2.98mg/ml)
    etc

ETA: Most people that use Pre-Mix will usually Make (or Buy) the Pre-Mix will a Slightly Lower PG Level than what they would like their Final Product to be. That compensates for the PG that will be Added when they Add PG Based Flavors.
