That's true Moo, I'm sure there are other places to get them tho. I'll just stick with what Mike sells...I'm getting about 18 hours of run time (changing batts about every other day) out of the Ultrafires on the Buzz Pro beta. But I only vape about 3 or 4ml of juice a day. I'm not as hard core as Dee :)

Dude ( ok CHICK ! ) I vaped 7 ml yesterday ???? WTH ,

Wow... some of you guys are hard core... 7ml a day sounds like too much! I think on my best day (or worst, depending on your point of view) I have vaped maybe 4, 5 at the most. That being said I just got my second order from Kick Bass Vapors, and the new flavors in this one were better then the last, so who knows, maybe I could get up there.

And in all fairness, I am not happy with my equipment. But there will be a buzz in my future, so who knows maybe I'll be vaping 10ml a day!

I also have to add that I am still smoking 2 stinky sticks a day and I just don't know why. My tonrado might not be the best PV around, but it has made it so when I do smoke a stinky it tastes STINKY. The other day I lit one and actually gagged. I can't figure out why I still do. Has anyone else had this problem. I was a very heavy smoker, 1 to 1.5 packs of either Marlboro Reds or American Spirit Blues a day for 28 years (I am not that old I just started really early, 13 years old) If I can cut down to 2 a day so easily (OK 3 on a bad day) how do I get to zero!

Well moo, everyone is a different as night and day. Don't let what someone else does dictate what you do.
I smoked for 43 years and I quit on vape day 2. But I started out on 36 mg nicotine too. Something just told me I would need to start out with a high nicotine. My only purpose in vaping was to quit smoking - and I did that 7 months ago. So as long as I stay away from cigarettes, I'm not too concerned about my nicotine levels. I am probably around 18-24 mg now. I do a lot of "diy" juice now, so I can tailor whatever I want. I have found that during stressful times, higher nicotine is needed.

I recently came of a tour of duty in Joplin,MO. with all that death and destruction and I vaped 36 mg non stop most of the time. I am now back to my lower levels again with less stress and grief.

Just keep working at it, maybe you need a tad higher nicotine level, maybe not. But purpose in your heart that you intend to quit - and mean it - and it will happen. You can do it. Be positive and stay that way.
Good luck - we're all "rooting" for ya.:thumb:

The hubby and I have only vaped 24mg. Today our first juice came at 30mg, so I am hoping that will make a difference. The juice was very good, but I did get a slight headache. Not sure what the source of the headache was. Three possibilities.

1. 2 of the four new juices that were 24mg, had an odor that I think might have caused the headache, I know that sounds strange, my husband liked both, I just kept thinking that the smell was giving me a headache
2. Vaping 30mg could have done it.
3. Testing 4 new flavors in 1/2 an hour (2 that were smelly and one at 30mg) could have done it as well.

I haven't vaped (or smoked a stinky, my last one was 12 hours ago) in a few hours, when the headache goes away I am going to try the 30mg again without anything else to confuse things. If it does not give me a headache I might try to order something at 36mg! Then I will have to hide the new juices that gave me the headache from the husband.

The thing that gets me is I do not even like the stinky sticks anymore, I can't figure out why I keep wanting one!

I want to say something about your tour in Joplin, but I can't come up with any words. The pictures were so devistating. I was living in south Florida during Andrew, it was heading towards us and took a last minute detour. We did go down to homestead to help out afterwards, but the photos I saw from Joplin were like nothing I have seen before! If you were there to help out then 2 thumbs up, there should be more people in the world like you!

Moo, I'm coming up on my one year vaping anniversary but I can't and don't claim victory over the stinkies. I'm 11 months in to vaping but I still smoke about a half a pack a day. I didn't go into vaping with a plan to quit cigs but I do want to get to that point eventually. Modrod is SO right, it's the mental and emotional addiction that I haven't defeated yet. Upping my nic level didn't help me, but everyone is different.

All I can celebrate right now is that I'm down to half a pack from the 3 packs a day I was smoking. As well as I know myself, that in itself is an amazing accomplishment for me.

Any decrease is a success in my book. Down to a 1/2 pack from 3 is worthy of celebration and step in the right direction. I quit by using medication but took up vaping (again) to ensure my success. I used the same meds to quit several years ago but it didn't take. Vaping made it easier to stay quit this time around.

I smoked a long time. When I started Smoking they cost $.25 a pack when I quit they were getting close to $8.00 a pack. Mod is right because I tried one a couple months after I started vaping and it was terrible. I haven't smoked another one. My son ask if I wanted one yesterday and it was no problem telling him no. It's just not the same as vaping to me. Besides they stink.

Hello and I am sorry for not reading all the pages, but if money isn't a factor the I would get A GGTS. This mod is everything you can ask for. There are many battery adaptations you can do without adding any adapters. It takes the 510, 801, or even the 901 att at any given time. Check them out on here. When you check out this sub-forum, be sure to look at these stickies - Battery Compatiblity, GG vs other mods, and finally the GG on Wiki.

You can purchase the GG products over at CoV. Bruce has awesome costumer services.

If you are interested in a mod, let me know, I may have a mod available

If all of this has been posted already, I am sorry. I just didn't want to read thru all the pages.

The headache was most likely from too much nicotine in a short period of time. I get them to when I start chain vaping. As for the stinkies, it's the mental addiction. You're mind is saying "you want one" even when you don't. It takes some time to get past that phase but you will.

I usually have a vape fest when new flavors come to try. I have read that some people get headaches when they vape to much, up until now I have not. I am not ruling it out, but I got to say, I did not vape for at least 3 hours. The headache went away. My husband is now sitting right next to me filling a cartomizer with the Juicy Fruit juice and as I am sitting here smelling it, the headache is starting to pulsate over my right eye again. SO as strange as this might sound I think the Juicy Fruit liquid from KBV gives me a head ache, not vaping it but smelling it. With my luck he is going to declare this his new favorite all day vape and I will have to smell it all day long (we work together out of the hoouse.)

Yeah, I know it is a mental addiction, but the intelligent part of my brain is currently fighting with the other part (I assume that is the part of my brain that used to get me in trouble when I was a teen ager) the intelligent part of my brain is trying to figure out why in the hell the other part would want to do something that now makes me gag. One would asume that once you get to that point it would be easier to quit, but no, not me I am just gagging through it.

It would probably help if the hubby stopped buying stinky sticks. He is on the slow plan. He has though cut down from a solid pack and half a day to about 10 a day so that is worth something.

I had the buzz but rid of it cause I found the GG series. If you are worried and or want a vv, I would recommend waiting it out. The GG series will have one soon, I promise. I would begin with any GGTS, with the UFS mod(kindda like a tank mod, but BETTER). Let me know, I do have on extra(used GGTS), but well taken cared of and I may part with it.

Bovinia, Wow, that is great. From three packs to a half is something to be proud of. Pound for Pound it is the same as my 1 pack to 2 or 3 a day (maybe even better) the smell of the juicy fruit juice has my head pounding again and math is not possible.

The part that bothers me the most right now, is the fact the husband was smoking a pack and half to two a day, I was smoking one pack to a pack and a half a day and together we were spending like $500 or $550 dollars a month on cigs. Yes, the main reason I want to quit is health, but the fact that they have gotten so expensive is a factor. I hate spending all the money I am on vaping. The vaping should and would be less expensive then the cigs even when buying all the toys. But when you throw in the few packs we are now buying a week we are now spending more money then when we were just smoking and that kind of bothers me!
