Need help finding CE3's (newest v)/Phoenix BC ego Tanks (think they're CE3's too?) in stock.

Seems the CE3's are getting positive reviews but I can't seem to find them in stock.

Also confused if the Phoenix BC ego tanks are the same?

Last I was shopping CE3's equated to smokymizers and those weren't the best for me.

How are the newest revisions compare?

I think a lot of us are in the same boat. Waiting for restocking. The newest CE3s, at least the ones from gotvapes, are VERY good. Pain to fill, but main those things hit hard, and with as much flavor as dripping.

What I'm really hoping happens is the new phoenix raven tank they have coming out is the best of both worlds. It's a hybrid between the CE3 and a tank, that doesn't require syringe filling.

I bought mine from DiscountVapers. They are the same as the Phoenix. CE3 XL bottom coils. I wish I would have bought more than 1 box. They are GREAT!! I don't want to go back to cartos ever now.

Sigh, well I'm looking for a Boge replacement right now.

I seem to have a bunch of the "newer" model which has an off taste. All my old stock seem fine but I'm running low.

Anybody know what vision or revision I should be looking for? Had a bad experience with older CE3 models.

I've been phasing out dual coils since half my mods don't like them. Maybe it's time to upgrade.

Eh. I'm not impressed. Haven't had any leaking issues, but it's hit or miss. Not good for chain vaping. I get HUGE hits/vapor when both coils are saturated, but after two or three hits like that, it goes dry unless I let it sit.

Very good, but the dry hits were brutal. Not for chain vaping, sadly. Might work better for higher PG liquids, but I prefer high VG.

Thought I'd mention it, because I just went to order some, decided to see what other clearos they have, & noticed that they had 2 "CE3 XL Clearomizer 5pk" links. Would be nice if they made the distinction on the main page, but it's all good. Heh. I got the regular resistance ones I sought.

They also carry single, colorful "CE3 Plus" clearomizers...but they appear to have a top coil & sort of look like skinny Stardusts. They say they come with a matching "smoky" tip - are these the CE3 Smokymizers I hear about, that aren't really anything like my beloved CE3/Phoenix ones? For $2, I'm thinking of trying one anyway.

Also, my CE3/Phoenix 5pk came with a cute little black rubber tip (kinda looks like a pointy nipple) that I can put on any of them. All of them have an additional clear bung with a hole in the middle, above the bung you pierce to refill. Does anyone know what kind of tips/mouthpieces will work with these? There are just so darn many on the market, I have no idea which ones would be appropriate! I like the little nipple (you take the top bung out to use it), but the longer I have it, the easier it is to pop off & I fear losing it. And I don't like using just the bung cap - I definitely like a separate mouthpiece!

Any ideas? Are there other mouthpieces/tips that fit on it? Or some that pop through the hole of the bung? There's a glass blowing studio around the corner, and I've thought about seeing if they can whip me up a little mouthpiece that'll be held in place via the bunghole....

(OT - there's a well-known liquor store in my area, called "Bunghole Liquors". Their teeshirts feature the slogan "I got it in the Bunghole" *facepalm* Oh, for those who don't know, a "bunghole" is the hole in a barrel of wine/liquor that you insert the bung (spout) into... *giggle*)

I only linked to the others cuz I didn't even realize there WERE two kinds. Heh. I'm still new to ClearoWorld; I tried cartos back in the day & didn't really like 'em, so it took me a bit to finally get on the clearo bandwagon. *grin* Also, the first "clearo" I tried was, in fact, a clear dual coil cartomizer - omg, not the best idea for someone who likes a cooler vape! I didn't like what it did to the flavor, either. I did like the chewy drip tip it came with, though - I'll have to pull it out of storage.

I have been thinking, since I saw there are LR & RR versions, that I might even like the LR kind, since I can actually turn up the voltage on my Twist with these; the LR might be nice on my regular eGo batts. However, not sure how I'd tell 'em apart at a glance. Heh.

OMG, vapors-choice is ridiculous! (that's a good thing in my book, most of the time) Depending on how their shipping & CS is, they might have just become my go-to place for "generic" hardware (I'll still go to thevaporgirl for the nifty pretty stuff!). Not only do they have the best prices I've found on myy CE3s, they also have a coupon code AND free juice samples & I get to choose which flavors I wanna try?! Count me in! I almost feel like I must be ripping them off, my order was so inexpensive for what I'm getting! *blush*

Gonna go look up how to recoil/rebuild/rewick/whatever my CE3s - I broke one (but I definitely got my $2 worth!), and I'd like to try mucking about with different wick materials.

The best prices for lots of stuff are at Vapors Choice, but Health Cabin rules in the drip tip price department and also clearance items (ceramic filled cartos???). If I do go DCT, I'll get a Polypro from Valley Vapes.

I have 3 510 drip tips & not one of them fits! *blink blink* 1 is way too big, which is the nice chewy one, but that came off an XL (XXL?) 510 "clear cartomizer", so I thought that might not fit, but I have 2 others that are smaller than Chewy, but still don't fit - 1 ALMOST fits & if it weren't hard plastic, would probably be able to be wiggled in.

Disappointing! Wish I had a vape shop nearby so I could try 'em out before I buy. I wonder if Eastern Vapor is easily accessible via the T? Hmm...

I'll try going through my old bag of tricks & see if I can't find something from my 510 days to use for now. Any particular vendors (other than Health Cabin) you receive drip tips from that you know for sure work? I thought I had some, so didn't think to even bother getting one from V-C! *sigh*
