First off, I love my ERA. I got it a few weeks ago, and it performs as well as any premade atty I've ever had, maybe even better than the best. I am having a problem though. I'm getting a lot of juice in my catch cup compared to how much I got in there with premade attys, and I'm having a hard time figuring out way. Anyone with any experience using an rba through an adapter have any input as to what's going wrong?

I use adapters with the A7's a lot. Have not had a problem with juice collecting in the catch cup.

Maybe you are filling the ERA with juice and it drains into the catch cup when you finish vaping. I don't have a ERA to compare.

With the 801 atty's I don't find juice in the catch cup of my original REO's either.

Alright, for anyone who finds this thread and needs to do a similar procedure. They do sell a comparable o-ring at home depot and Lowes, but it's a different brand. The Danco size you're looking for is #47. It's the same exact size as the one rob mentions earlier in the thread. You'll also have to adjust the positive terminal in your reo to be higher to force the adapter to make contact with the positive terminal on the ERA. Asside from that, pretty easy. Definitely works.

I dont think there are many original reo folks hanging out on the forum lol . You no you really could use one of the newer fancy models no o rings needed ;)

I was thinking about it... But it's a lot more work maintaining a mechanical mod. My old school reo, I pretty much just have to make sure I don't drop it in a tub full of water and it just keeps trucking. To be fair, though, I've had a lot more tinkering with it of late because of the ERA, which I still don't have set up to my liking, necessarily. And it's struggling a bit with this new thicker juice I've been using.

I can convert it to a 510 connection and refinish the mod while its here
