Yes, they'll work fine. Dual coils can take a lot of extra heat, but I'll advise you to start around the same area you would with a single coil and move upwards, 3.3-3.5 Volts. When I use 1.5 dual coils, I tend to stick around 4.5 Volts. So starting at 7.3 Watts to make sure it is a dual coil and all...and move on up to 13.5 Watts..you may even want it higher than that if you like it warm. Just be mindful when you're using it a lot. That extra heat will really need a good, flowing wick.
