Lung hits? That's the only way to successfully use an RDA? no thanks.

I prefer to use it like I would normally smoke a cigarette, inhale after I pull the mod from my mouth and then exhale. If that is the case, maybe I will go out and purchase a KayFun and stick to those. If I could get similiar, but better performance from the kayfun then I do the ProTank 2 then maybe I'll enjoy it.

I'm not sure where this nonsense about only lung-hitting a dripper is coming from. I don't lung hit anything and get massive amounts of vapor and flavor. I have several drippers in my kit, although after using a Kayfun Lite they don't see as much use.

I do agree that it sounds like your cotton wicks are too thick. As said, there should be resistance pulling it through the coil, but it shouldn't be hard.

If you're talking about a small carto type dripper then yes, absolutely. But when you're talking about something like the nucleus that has a huge airy draw it's pretty much impossible to mouth hit. At least for me and in my opinion it is. There's pretty much no resistance on the draw in those type of attys... trying to do a mouth hit means it won't even be heated up before your mouth is filed to capacity... or by the time it is heated up, with so little air flow on a low ohm build it's going to run too hot to be enjoyable.

Again, at least in my opinion, these large airy rdas are designed for lung hits. You just can't move enough air through them otherwise.

Your coil needs to be tighter. I would suggest using 28 gauge Kanthal and wrap it around a 5/64 drill bit 6 - 10 times.

You don't need to sub ohm so make sure it is closer to the 10 wraps. There is also no need for dual coils when just starting.

Don't expect to get huge clouds of vapor starting off. Actually don't worry about that for atleast a month or so. There is a lot of factors that go into that like the juice, air flow, coil setup, the way you hit it etc.

Go to youtube and watch some coils building tutorials and go to your local vape shop and they will help you.

The one he's using appears to have some form of adjustable airflow. I'm not sure. I do know that of the 5 drippers I have, the only small one is a Mark-T Infinity, and I mouth draw all all my stuff.

you will not be disappointed with the vapor production of a kayfun. It produces better then a stock protank. My protank 2 hits as hard as my kayfun, but I have my coil heads for it built at .75 ohm, can't go any lower...not enough airflow. But my kayfun built at 1.2 ohm works as good as my protank 2 at .75 ohm, and gives me a cooler hit which I like
