And where were you a few months ago when the question was first posted and before I spent a gazillion on trying to find them?
Your pic isn't as hot as the OP's

A lot of the flavors had the exact same name.

May I ask you a question please? I tried searching this on the forum and internet...is there a decent way to test flavors without mixing with juice, etc...or trying the flavor on your tongue? Going just by scent of the flavor I know isn't working. And dabbing a drop on your tongue is making my tongue numb and now my Dr Pepper tastes like perfume.

Can you mix a drop with water, let it sit for a day...and drink it to get a general idea of the taste? I've got 60+ flavors and don't want to waste the juice, coils and time on flavors if I don't have to. Or some way to narrow down the flavors to actually mix with juice and eventually vape. I know it wouldn't be exactly like vaping it. All these flavors are made for food so it's not bad to eat or drink.
    There is good advice everywhere,

I have a gotten lazy and mix most flavors at suggested ratios or about 10%.

Pro tips: label/ date bottles, take copious notes!

is there a decent way to test flavors without mixing with juice,

Not for me :) Small batches, 10 ml, of mixes I'm not "sure" of. I find for myself that I need a tank or two to really check it out, and all my tanks run to 4 - 5 ml.

Some use drippers for testing, but I prefer to test in the devices I use normally. Then again, if one is a dripper or squonker, that would be the way to go.

One of the reasons I posted was to hopefully find a current or former employee for the recipes. No one at FSUSA is answering the phone or emails. Even when they were open over the last 3 years they didn't answer the phone or emails. I've posted here before about that.
I've been trying other flavors for years. Tastes are subjective. I still have over 200 5-15ml bottles of flavors I've tried. Unfortunately waaaaay too many blenders are more interested in creating their own fusion of flavors rather than just the basics. You buy a watermelon and it ends up being a watermelon peach lemonade mango bubblegum twist even though it says it's just watermelon.
I have been to the DIY or DIE site. It's a great resource. Especially if I was 23 and had the $$$$ and time to start from scratch. But I'm fift-nevermind. If someone had the actual recipes of the 5 flavors I use and could tell me "you need this...this...and this..." then I would whole heartedly jump in with both feet. Then experiment after that. I've searched for a basic watermelon recipe from recipe sites to reddit subs. 100s if not 1000s.
Unfortunately I don't live in an area where there's an **eh em** older vaper DIY group like there is for the typical vaper. I'm not in the Juul group but I'm also not in the MOD/DIY demo. I don't even know anyone in person that vapes. I'm just an old lady former smoker of 30+ years that's been using an ecig for 14 years to keep from smoking because nothing else worked in the previous 20 years. I bought my first ecig from an infomercial on tv in 2007 and found my flavors that I've stuck with since 2010.

X'ing my fingers that someone either knows of a store that uses similar flavors or knows the recipes of the FSUSA watermelon, blueberry, watermelon fluff, blueberry fluff and melon candy.
I tried to reach two of the employees on Reddit recently and they haven't responded. I too was vaping FSUSA since 2010 sporadically. I loved Wyatt Earp, Colt-45, and all of the tobaccos. I really liked Sunrise as well. You knows it all FA right? Much of it is straight one solo FA concentrate.
