Frustration with Caliburn grows daily - when it is new, from the package, it is extremely difficult to open pod to refill. Once the pod is wet with juice everything is smooth. I wish uwell will change pod covers to have little bumps on the side for easier initial grip.
As of now, I am trying to open 2 pods 5 min and no luck, what a bummer.
Everything else is perfect, no complains, grrrh

Finally opened with PLIERS, OMG, after almost 30 minutes.

I even just emailed Uwell (a few minutes ago).

That was completely unexpected challenge.

Edit. After inspection of the cover I am suspecting 2 notches inside the cover, which used to close juice holes. Cover is just pressed to strong into the pod. Once filled, those holes become slippery and no problems at all!
