I'm fairly new to vaping and have been exclusively ordering from V4L. Lately I've been noticing that I am not getting enough throat hit with their juices unless I'm using a menthol. But I'm not too happy with their menthol flavors either.

I'm looking for some juice that gives good throat hit and vapor. I put in an order at TV for some AC, tasty finger and cherry cola (yet to get it). So we'll see how that goes. However, I really like tobacco flavors and menthols.

Any good recommendations would be highly appreciated!

As far as tobacco flavors, I just received my first order from Backwoods Brew today. I got applewood tobacco and cherry tobacco, both are wonderful. I normally vape my TV flavors around 24mg or a little less, but went with 12mg for my Backwoods Brew. It's a good thing I did because the 12mg has just as much or more TH than my TV 24mg liquids.

I'm very new to mixing my own (only made a small few batches), but I've noticed that adding the alcohol, as recommended above, makes a big difference in TH. People who know what they're doing say add 3-5%. High proof vodka or pure grain alcohol (Everclear). A lot of little medicine droppers equal 20-25 drops to a ml, so you could calculate how many drops you'd need to get to that 3-5% alcohol.

I never thought I'd have a bottle of Everclear in my desk but now I do, LOL. Orange, apple and grape juices contain trace amounts of alcohol. So does non-stick cooking spray and tomato sauces. Glycerin is technically an alcohol.
