Need some basic help please

OK, I think I am ready to start looking at a mod. Up to this point I have been using my starter set-up from V4L. I think I am going to buy a Lavatube as soon as kits are available. (Yes, I would love to have a ProVari - but after I give vv a try.) My question is this. I want to start out using cartomizers. I have no idea what ohms the V4l carts are. What Ohm blank carts should I look into buying to use with the Lavatube? I really appreciate any help you can offer.

With VV Lava you can pretty much use any ohm on the Lava but once you hit the AMP limit with LR it will kick down to the limit Amp usage, I would say 1.7 on the low end and upward to 3+ ohms should be good, buy small quantities till you see what you like best KimberlyM, The Boge reg and LR should work and anything above 2ohm should be fine too I think. Also the Vision Mini Carto from Gotvapes 2.5ohm-2.7ohm are very good.!!!

I would say 2.5 -3.5 Ohm would be the range. You can use any Ohm with vv but anything under 2.0 ohm it isn't needed. It will regulate it though

i like smoktech 2.0 cartos on VV device because i can still turn them up quite a bit and saves a few hours on the battery strain.
