Need Some Help Mixing Up Single Flavours

Hey all

So I am a custard/creamy kind of guy and don't order much fruits. However my friend needs to order juice for his Shisha place and he just wants a simple one flavour mix. Ideally I would want to order all the available flavours and try it out but there's no time for that unfortunately as he needs it asap.

What would you guys recommend as your best one for each of the following flavours for a single mix option:

1. Watermelon
2. Double Apple
3. Green Apple

Biggest question is what's the manufacturer/bottler of the flavoring base? There are some lists floating (can't put my finger on them here in the threads at the moment) that discuss various percentages recommended for various flavorings (e.g. LorAnn, TFA, etc.) Also, depending on the manufacturer, some singles aren't all that great by themselves.

I use a lot of TFA flavorings these days, and they really work in combinations with other things - not to take over, but more to enhance the primary. Most of my fruits do have vanillas and sweeteners, but I don't necessarily know they're there (used in small proportion to the primary.)

So, for a watermelon, I'd probably use some sweetener and maybe even another complimentary fruit - just enough to enhance the watermelon.

Apple - I have to have something with that - some kind of cream/vanilla/sweetener/cinnamon.

I've tried a few LorAnn flavors by themselves. A couple were o.k., but most really need something as well. Capellas was maybe about the only one I could almost get away with single flavoring - I'd use 5-10% flavoring for that brand.

Recently it was recommended to me to mix single flavors at %15. I tried it with some Cap's Tangerine, Mango and Honey Dew. The tangerine and Mango was great and havent tried the Honey Dew yet. As for which one to do from the flavors listed, I would go with Watermelon. Not everyone likes the Double apple and the Green Apple can be considered tart. Just about everyone likes watermelon.

If they are TFA flavorings the watermelon and green apple are decent as stand alones between 10-15%. A little sweet and tart at 2% works really nice for a sour apple/ watermelon rancher taste

Watermelon TFA was really good for me at about 15-17%. Then ordered larger supply direct from TFA because it was so good (from dealer of TFA).
The new, direct supply so far is almost tasteless at same percent flavor and same 70pg/30vg base. Don't gave an explanation but my old, worn out taste buds aren't always cooperative.
But the first watermelon was really good, even without any steeping.
