Hi Orachel, the local vapers here are anticipating the Lava Tube too but the main dealer wont commit to fixed delivery dates as yet. There isnt a main dealer for Singapore but if it is as good as it is supposed to be, it should soon flood the marker. The cheap VV box mods are excellent to vape from! I was lent one to play with for a few days. I just set up my mods with different voltages (battery combinations) or different resistance atties and vape whatever i feel like at the time.

Oh gosh! lol I didn't even notice i was in a Singapore forum! Teach me to use google search! So sorry to pop in, guys! But I do agree with you...guessing it will soon take the market by storm. I'm still undecided on it myself. Seems rather a lot of mod for the price, but gosh... I wish it was a little more visually pleasing. ;) But looking forward to the odd looking vv box mod arriving in my mailbox any day now. At least that's a great way to try out VV and see if its something I've gotta have in a mod. I didn't have anyone to borrow one from, but I put out a 'want to buy cheap vv box mod' add in the classifieds here, and was flooded with great offers, so it was very reasonable. ;) I can't wait to try it out! I've never vaped over measley 3.2 volts with my trusty ego. Of course, its kept me off tobacco for close to two years, so I'm rather fond of it... but onward and upward! lol Thanks for the message! Now I'm REALLY excited about my box mod intro to VV!

I'm a big fan of what we consider exotic cuisines, but somehow I have the feeling that what I've experienced is the USA version of 'singapore cuisine' is not at all as intriguing as the real thing. Its definitely on my 'bucket list' as a place I've got to make it to in my lifetime, though! I've heard your open air markets are rather extraordinary. ;)

Haha Singapore is a food sanctuary~ we're not talking about deep fried insects (non of us eats that) and dog/cat meat (we don't eat that either) we're talking about cooked food (food not live food or weird food haha) Singaporean style ^^.

p.s. most people have the misconception that Singapore is part of China or in China or everyone is china-chinese kind of thing. I don't blame them =/

My impression from the Singapore style restaurants I've been to is more a melange of Middle Eastern, Chinese, Malaysian, and Indian. I remember lots of Tumeric spice and Satay. ;) I'm sure it was about as far from authentic as its possible to be, but i sure enjoyed it. And the air just smelled astounding. Like a spice market. I'd like to have the opportunity to experience it firsthand, someday. ;)

and there definitely weren't any fried bugs. lol Though I've eaten fried crickets! And crawfish, which are sort of the bugs of the sea (sort of a cajun thing). ;)
