I was thinking that too, but really, that color still looks pretty nice. Might be a bit tough to put the words on separately, they might be a little small. Of course I have no understanding of how he applies the graphics.

I'm assuming if its some kind of vinyl decal or wrap, it might not be flush with the black?

EDIT: I totally stole this design NSG, it was mentioned in a thread somewhere, but I'm not sure by whom.

I don't know how he's apply the graphics either but I did ask him about putting the crinkle coat on around my company logo anf he said it couldn't be done because the clear coat over the logo couldn't go over the crinkle. Judging from the quality of his work (from all the pics I've seen) I wouldn't be supprised if he could do it since the metalic would still be flush with the rest. So the finished product would be perfectly smooth (the lettering would not be raised).

Waffle, just send Jeff the "wrap" file and ask him about metalic if you want that way you'd get the answer right from the source! Also, if he wants/needs the psd (Photoshop) file I can provide that in case he wants the different layers (I put everything on seperate layers to facilite positioning and modifying).

I can't think of another battery out there that has a mascot like the energizer bunny. Otherwise I'd say that cassavetes needs one with an energizer label and the bunny on one side and the other battery label and mascot on the other and the mascots have to be high-fiving on the curve

Oh yeah, to the person asking abt crinkle and clearcoat. he did a tester and the clearcoat filled in the crinkle making it look smooth so it just makes it pointless bc u cant tell it was ever crinkle.....I believe he even showed a pic but its lost deep in PartI of sat thread
