Nemesis and nimbus clones being picky

I am running a nimbus clone off of a ss nemesis clone. They worked great for the first couple of weeks that I had them, but now the device will either vape very weak, not at all, or perfectly. I cleaned my connections, replaced the spring with magnets, and change batteries regularly as needed. So I'm at a standstill. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok. After putting my nimbus on a sentinel, ive discovered that the issue is with the nemesis. As I said, I cleaned the connections using pga and a q-tip, and replaced the spring with magnets, but it still is iffy. Any ideas?

You sound like you know what you're doing. Did you unscrew the top pin, then screw in the atty then tighten the top pin back up? Is your battery rattling at all?

i took the pin completely out and then screwed the atty down all the way, then put the pin in to meet it. i put some noalox on the connection where the atty meets the pin, and that seemed to help a little bit. but its still producing nowhere near the clouds that the sentinel is. anybody know if there are nemesis brass pins available anywhere?

ok... i fixed it... i had the beauty ring on it, which was causing me to have to bring the switch pin WAY out, which im guessing was causing a faulty connection resulting in faulty firing... so i took the ring off, and screwed the pin all the way down... now its firing like a champ!

I ground custom length pins from SS M5 screws.
I did one voltage drop test and SS pins won by a hair.

Maybe it is time to run some voltage drop and continuity tests to find your problem.
Can test dirty switch by stroking it w/ ohmmeter attached.
