Screw that ring down with a pair of pliers. That's what I was suggested to do. I don't have any vape condoms sitting around to put in there, so I couldn't follow the reddit post, but turning that pin a little bit more with pliers (your hands won't tighten it enough) seems to be working for me. It's been about a day now and I haven't had to tighten it.

The problem is that if you screw it all the way in it's too short and the switch doesn't fire, and if you screw it back to the point that it starts working, then there is not tension on the screw and then it comes loose.

You need the screw to have tension without screwing it all the way it.

Take a piece of wick wire, preferably cotton or bamboo and not silica, wrap it once around the base of the screw and make a knot, then screw it in tightly.

Works like a charm.

Why spend 8 dollars when you can get the same result for free?

Normally I would agree. But the threads on these contacts cut into the top delrin better and they seem to hit hard.

However out of the three items I ordered from him, two have arrived. And I stopped hearing from him so I am about to elevate my Ebay dispute.

Did you get tracking?
Has USPS got the package logged into their system?

If YES, you may want to hold off a few days. USPS is in shambles in some areas due to Both cutbacks and unexpectedly bad weather.
I just had one package sit in one postal location for 4 days and another that go routed to some obscure location in lower Va. and had to be retrieved.:glare:

The original shipment was with another item I ordered. He forgot to combine them in the package. Which I understand. I sell wire rope of ebay and notification of multiple items can be confusing for the seller sometimes. I opened a case, he said he dropped another set in the mail the next day, that was the 13th. Shipped from California to Arizona, first class no tracking.

Funny you mention this, I just got package from them and one of the items was missing. i sent out an e-mail last night and didn't hear anything yet, but just right now I got automated shipping notification from fatty vapes. So we will see.

On the subject on the Nemmy firing button, I didn't even bother and from previous order, I replace the Nemesis spring with Fatty Mangets+screws and it work out great.

ON USPS, I cringe every time it goes through LA sorting center (FatDad runs his business in LA county), it usually takes more more than day processed and updated.

I had this issue too with the Nemesis, it would bug the crap out of me and actually loosened enough so that the lockring wasn't in place anymore and the device fired off in my pocket.

After you tighten it with your fingers, use a pair of needle nose pliers and tighten it a tad bit more. Since then, I've had absolutely zero issues with the bottom contact loosening.
