You have not given us much information to go on, but I'll give it a shot ;)

It's possible the center screw negative contact in the switch is unscrewing. That messes things up. Take the switch assembly off and try tightening the negative contact screw. If you can turn that you may have found the problem. Screw it in all the way. What I do then is take a small needle nose pliers and give that screw a gentle twist so it does not come off by itself.

If that was not it, the next thing I would do is take apart the rest of the mod and clean everything with cotton cloth, Q-tips or paper towel and alcohol. Don't use any abrasives on it. The negative battery pin in the switch and the 510 screw are silver plated and you don't want to or need to rub that off.

Be very careful when taking the switch apart. After unscrewing the negative screw don't let the brass part fly off from spring pressure. There is a tiny pin between the brass part and the switch button that you must not lose. It's tiny and escapes easily!

There is a chance the switch button is not smooth when you push on it to vape. It has happened that there is a bit of dirt in there or some sharp corners left from the manufacturing process. Clean and de-burr as required, but gently.

Clean all the threads, the switch contact surfaces and let all the parts dry. Reassemble it. Make sure the atty has good contact to the positive 510 pin. You should be OK now. vape and enjoy :thumb:

You didn't say whether this was an authentic Nemesis or a clone so I'll tell you my experience with the clone.

Mine would catch, not fire if I pressed it on the side of the button. It also would auto fire because that contact screw that Ryedan mentioned wasn't screwed in tight. To fix the sticking button I sanded the edges of both grooves and the top of the metal shaft with the groove in it. I also sanded down the brass rice pin so that it flush with the top of the brass part that the contact screw screws into. After sanding I cleaned it really good and reassembled. It's working much better now but still sticks and is hard to press on one side of the switch. The problem you are having is different than the problem I was having but I think the solution is the same. I'd give it a try at least. Also, you might have better luck with the magnet upgrade if you are using the spring it came with. Again, I'm talking about the clone.
